IMT Hyderabad students of the PGDM Programme earn their credits through compulsory courses, specialization courses and the internship project. The rigorous nature of the program equips the students with necessary hard and soft skills to eventually excel in the leadership role. The Management Orientation Program (MOP) at IMT Hyderabad is called ABHYUDAY. It is a two week long introductory module that prepares students for the management coursework. ABHYDAY has been designed by factoring students’ background, diversity and experience. The orientation program includes orientation sessions, group activities, panel discussion on corporate expectations and an outbound activity. Senior corporate professionals will be part of a panel discussion on “Industry Expectations from Management Graduates”. The focus will be on knowledge, skill, and attitude required for a successful corporate career. ABHYUDAY intends to prepare students, from diverse backgrounds, for the common experience of the PGDM program; to help students get on board for shared academic learning and address individual concerns; to initiate students’ to management courses, corporate expectations, experiential and group learning. Set the tone for learning in the PGDM program and to appreciate the importance of peer learning, group activities and facilitate student bonding in the batch.

SBM-NMIMS Mumbai offers a Full time 2 Year MBA Program in Digital Transformation. MBA DT at NMIMS Mumbai has comprehensive globally benchmarked curriculum. The MBA DT program at NMIMS caters to the market need, by producing leaders who not only understand management, business processes and emerging technologies, but also how these technologies can be leveraged to achieve business goals. The graduates of this programme are groomed at NMIMS to  essentially play the role of digital change agents or digital translators, who can drive digital transformation initiatives within an organisation, by liaising with both business team and technology team.

The MBA DT courses are spread across 6 trimesters, and cut across every  digital  technology, from  analytics to  blockchain to  IoT and cybersecurity. The curriculum also focuses on building management fundamentals, by incorporating courses spanning areas of strategy marketing, HRM, economics, operations, and communication. The pedagogy is discussion-oriented for most of the management courses, wherein sessions are typically driven by students based on case-studies and/or use-cases, with faculty playing the role of facilitators. For technology-oriented courses, the sessions are hands-on, with students working on market relevant tools viz., Python, UiPath, Tableau, SQL and so on.

The Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management at IIM Indore aims to groom participants into competent professional managers with a capacity to learn and adapt to national and international environment. In the first year, students are offered core courses in management. Skill Development Courses including Communication, Leadership, Spreadsheet Modeling, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation and Design Thinking and Sustainability are taught in a workshop-based format 

Students visit a company once a week in the first year of the Programme. They are required to carry out a study on various industries and key players in the industry. IIM Indore students participate in a wide range of extra and co-curricular activities which include IRIS (The Annual Management & Cultural Festival) and Utsaha (Rural Marketing Fair). Rural immersion programme is conducted to enable the participants to understand the social context in which organizations work and exist. 

In the second year, new curriculum features a large number of domain concentrations which consist of both regular courses taught by industry faculty and workshop courses taught by industry practitioners. The Programme has a unique matrix based structure wherein participants take 10% credits in ‘Industry Vertical Courses’ and 10% credits in ‘Functional Area Courses’ in addition to the general management credits.  

IIM Indore conducts Himalaya outbound programme for PGP-II students to motivate them to perform in an unfamiliar ambience and work as a team. IIM Indore has exchange tie-ups with several prestigious international business schools. A large number of students visit these business schools and complete one semester there
