NMIMS SBM PhD programme students have to undertake 270 hours of coursework spread over eighteen months. Each course has multi component evaluation including continuous assessment and final evaluation. 20 Core courses spread over terms 1 to 6. 14 elective courses spread over terms 4 to 8 followed by mandatory field work/project in term 8 equivalent to two course load.

The PGDM BM Online course plan involves 714 hours of Scheduled Teaching Hours spread across core and elective courses. Total designed program content for the XLRI-XOL PGDM (BM) program is for 1240 hours consisting of Scheduled Teaching Hours, Flexible Interactive Sessions, Industry Interface and Career Development Initiatives and Tutorial delivered on need basis. According to AICTE norms, selected students are expected to invest additional 1160 hours as Indicative Self Learning Hours in the form of pre-readings, assignments & individual reflections, individual exercises, e-texts, self-assessment etc. across all courses depending on personal strengths and weaknesses.
The programme also provides an opportunity to concentrate in one or two of the functional areas (viz. IIM Lucknow offers two-year Post-Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPWE) at its Noida campus.The PGPWE is a uniquely designed program for working executives, entrepreneurs and professionals, who desire to enhance their managerial knowledge and skills through formal management education while continuing to work full time in their ongoing professions/businesses. On successful completion of the program, the student gets an MBA degree.
After the inception of PGPWE in 2005, fourteen batches are graduated. PGPWE alumni today are serving with distinction in senior business positions across the globe and playing the influential roles in their organizations.
Step by Step admission process for IIM Lucknow PGPWE programme is as below:
- Candidate should fill and submit the online Application Form and upload the scanned copies of the documents in support of the attainments mentioned in Eligibility Criteria
- Completed Application Form must be submitted by the last date
- Applicant should have taken GMAT/ GRE/CAT/GATE or IIM Lucknow PGPWE Entrance Exam.
- Based on above exam score, candidates are shortlisted for Writing Ability Test and Personal Interview;
- A candidate’s final score for selection in PGPWE will be calculated based on the assigned weights to different components
IIM Lucknow PGPWE program is structured to meet the learning needs and methodologies in such a way that one can continue to work and engage in formal education simultaneously. The program maintains the high standards and rigor as in all postgraduate programs in management at IIM Lucknow. It aims at developing strong conceptual fundamentals and skills required to manage businesses of the future. PGP-WE is a two-year program; the first year consists of four terms and the second year consists of three terms. Students come to IIM Lucknow, NOIDA Campus on Friday afternoon and go back on Sunday afternoon, every alternative weekend. Each term has 7 visits distributed over 3 months period, approximately. A wide basket of elective courses from all functional areas are offered to meet the specific career goals of the students. The functional areas are Decision Sciences, Finance and Accounting, Business Environment (Economics), Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior and Human Resources, Operations Management, Information Technology and Systems, Strategy Management, Communication, General Management
In the normal course, the program is completed in two years. However, students who fail to meet the prescribed minimum attendance or academic standards due to extenuating circumstances may be allowed two more continuous years if the PGP-WE Committee recommends so, and can complete the Programme in a total of four years (maximum overall duration).
Only Online submission of the Application Form will be accepted for IIM Lucknow PGPWE programme. You will be required to make a Payment of INR 1000/- (Non-refundable) towards Application Fees to complete the application process. ePost Graduate Diploma in Advanced Business Analytics (ePGD-ABA)
With the deluge of digital data, data-driven decision-making has now been an integral part of the efficient functioning of every organization, and more generally of society at large. The ePGD-ABA is a 16 months diploma programme offered by IIMA. It is designed to help working professionals in acquiring essential skills and knowledge for asking the right questions, addressing it with analysis of the right kind of data, and finally gaining insight from the analysis to drive decisions. It thus provides a framework for transforming data into effective decision making.
The programme offers a carefully thought out mix of courses on tools and techniques for data visualization, modelling and analysis of varieties of data of different sizes; machine learning algorithms, cloud computing, and finally, the domain specific applications of data analytics in Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations and Public Policy. No technical or statistical expertise is required except a desire to learn how to use data for making an impact on your organization. The programme is targeted towards the working professional with at least two years of experience preferably in the domain of analytics. The objective is to up skill and prepare them for future in taking up leadership positions and shouldering bigger responsibilities in the organization. The programme delivery is a mix of online, and on campus sessions.

3. Employment Details: All the details about the current and previous employers are to be mentioned in this section. Documents to be uploaded in this section are- for the current employment section, the offer letter indicating the date of joining and the latest payslip and for the previous employer’s work experience letters/service certificate or the first and last payslips.
4. Statement of Purpose: A Statement of Purpose (SOP) highlighting your future goals and ambitions is to be written in this section. A scanned or digital signature has to upload for this section.
