Curriculum

MBA Artificial Intelligence and Data Science programme at TAPMI is a full time 2 years management program. The 2-year (6 trimester) program is offered in TAPMI Bangalore campus, with teaching by industry professionals and academic research professors and continuous live projects in Artificial Intelligence and Data Sciences. 

MBA AI and DS curriculum at TAPMI Manipal is a five dimension course with multi disciplinary courses on Business Management comprising Marketing, Finance, HR, Strategy, and Operations. Courses in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and  Decision Science (DS) offer Design and implementation of AI and DS models or platforms, implementation and selling of AI and DS solutions. In the term four students will go for Summer internships in companies among different business verticals. The curriculum includes Capstone Projects. This will be Research based project across various business domains in terms third and fourth. Besides, students will need to complete Industry Immersion with a project in terms five and six

The Program design emphasizes Artificial Intelligence and Decision Science, an experiential and sectoral learning. Two MAHE schools will provide instruction – TAPMI and the Manipal School of Information Science (MSIS). The program delivery includes seasoned industry practitioners, Instruction with technology and/or product and/or service aids, applied learning, and technology labs, Methodologies with Prescriptive, Predictive, Descriptive Analytics, and Inferential Statistics.   • A pass in UG Degree with an aggregate of 50% marks or equivalent grade.

Christ University MBA Admission Process is as follows:

Christ University MBA Selection process results will be available on the date published in the Important Dates section. Selection process results will be available on Christ University website and candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission. The offer will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.
 
Selected candidates must make the fee payment and download the offer of admission on the application status link on the University website.
 
To process admission: 

  • Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process.
  • Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission.
  • As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode.
  • Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission.
  • Fees for the first year, including Admission Registration fee, must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

Following documents are required to complete Christ University MBA admission process. 

  • Class 10 Marks Statement and Class 12 Marks Statement (Mandatory).
  • Undergraduate Degree Marks Card (Semester/Year/Consolidated) If results are awaited, then marks card till the last semester/year (Mandatory).
  • Provisional Degree Certificate or Degree Certificate (Convocation Certificate) if the candidate has graduated before June 2023 (Mandatory).
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) of an undergraduate degree from the last qualified institution (Mandatory) must be submitted by 20 September 2024.
  • Migration Certificate of an undergraduate degree from a qualifying University (applicable for all candidates except those studying in Karnataka) (Mandatory) must be submitted by 20 September 2024.

    Copy of entrance test scorecard 
    Two passport size photograph formal dress with a white background (Mandatory).
    Two Copies of the Payment Acknowledgment Receipt from application status link https://appstat.christuniversity.in (Mandatory).
    Copy of valid ID proof (Aadhar Card/Aadhar Enrolment Receipt/PAN Card).
    Candidates falling under any of these categories (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS) have to submit:

a) Copy of Passport and Visa Details (Mandatory).
b) PIO / OCI have to produce a copy of the PIO / OCI card whichever is applicable (Mandatory).
c) Medical Fitness Certificate (MFC) from any recognized medical practitioner certified by the Medical Council of India and (PIO / OCI / SAARC / AFRICA / ASEAN / OTHER FOREIGN NATIONALS)
d) Resident Permit (RP) (If available while applying)
 
All mandatory documents must be submitted for verification during the admission process.
 
An undertaking for pending original documents unavailable currently [applicable only for candidates writing/passing their exam in March – June - 2024] must be submitted to the Office of Admissions. These documents must be submitted on or before 20 September 2024.
 
Failure to submit the pending documents will be treated as unsuccessful in the qualifying examination or considered “Not Eligible” and admission will be terminated from CHRIST (Deemed to be University) without any claim.

In keeping with the vision of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) of providing quality equitable and accessible education to all, the University has established the Scholarship Support Cell which aims at providing information, support and guidance to the students on the application process for the Scholarships available from the University, the Alumni Association, and from external organisations. Students of Christ University School of Business and Management (SBM) can avail different scholarships offered.

The internal scholarships are provided by the University, the Alumni Association, organisations such as Goldman Sachs, and Earnst and Young who are collaborating with the University to provide scholarships to students such as visually Challenged, economically disadvantaged.

The external scholarships are provided by the Government of India, the State governments, Regulatory bodies such as University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Karnataka Labour Welfare Board, and philanthropic or community-based Organizations.

The Scholarship Support Cell of the University is a dedicated unit that supports students to apply for these scholarships. It also processes the applications received on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and State Scholarships Portals (SSP) and coordinates with the offices concerned for timely approval of the scholarship applications.

  • Visit Online at the University website to fill Registration and application form.
  • After filling out the "Registration Form”, the candidate has to pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 1000/- either online through Debit Card / Credit Card /Net Banking or cash at the Cash Counter of the University. 
     
  • On successful payment of the Registration Fee, a receipt will be generated by the system. You will have to save this registration number for all your future reference. You are required to scan and email this receipt along with documents to [email protected] along with the scanned copies of all the documents required.
