The MBA selection process is designed to go beyond academic merit and assess a candidate's self-awareness, communication, professional readiness, and fitment into the MBA ecosystem.

The process includes the following stages:

Step 1: Application Form Submission
Applicants must fill out a detailed online application form capturing personal, academic, and professional details. The form is reviewed to determine eligibility and completeness.

Step 2: AI-Based Interview
This interview serves as an elimination round. An automated video interview using AI tools will assess behavioral traits, emotional intelligence, and cognitive reasoning. The AI will generate a candidate profile for further review.

Step 3: SWOC Presentation by the Applicant
Applicants are required to submit a 3–5-minute video or give a live 3-5-minute self-assessment presentation explaining their personal SWOC (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Challenges). This stage assesses their self-awareness, confidence, and communication skills.

Step 4: Final Panel Interview
A personal interview will be conducted by industry leaders, alumni in senior roles, or recruiters. The panel will evaluate the candidate's industry readiness, leadership potential, and cultural fit for the institution.

Step 5: Issue of Offer Letter
On completion of Selection Rounds, selected aspirants would receive Offer letters, notifying the admission Status.

After filling the "Registration Form”, the candidate has to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1000/- either online through Debit Card / Credit Card /Net Banking or cash at the Cash Counter of the University. On successful payment of registration fee, a receipt will be generated by the system. You will have to save this registration number for all your future reference. Christ University MBA Selection process results will be available on the date published in the Important Dates section. Selection process results will be available on Christ University website and candidates will receive an E-Offer of admission. The offer will be valid up to the date mentioned in the Offer of admission.
 
Selected candidates must make the fee payment and download the offer of admission on the application status link on the University website.
 
To process admission: 

  • Candidates must choose the preferred date and time from available options to facilitate a smooth admission process.
  • Admission must be processed at the campus where the programme is offered as published in the offer of admission.
  • As per UGC guidelines, fee payment has to be made through online mode.
  • Payment options and details will be available in the Offer of admission.
  • Fees for the first year, including Admission Registration fee, must be paid in full as part of the admission process.

In keeping with the vision of CHRIST (Deemed to be University) of providing quality equitable and accessible education to all, the University has established the Scholarship Support Cell which aims at providing information, support and guidance to the students on the application process for the Scholarships available from the University, the Alumni Association, and from external organisations. Students of Christ University School of Business and Management (SBM) can avail different scholarships offered.

The internal scholarships are provided by the University, the Alumni Association, organisations such as Goldman Sachs, and Earnst and Young who are collaborating with the University to provide scholarships to students such as visually Challenged, economically disadvantaged.

The external scholarships are provided by the Government of India, the State governments, Regulatory bodies such as University Grants Commission (UGC), All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Ministry of External Affairs, Ministry of Minority Affairs, Karnataka Labour Welfare Board, and philanthropic or community-based Organizations.

The Scholarship Support Cell of the University is a dedicated unit that supports students to apply for these scholarships. It also processes the applications received on the National Scholarship Portal (NSP) and State Scholarships Portals (SSP) and coordinates with the offices concerned for timely approval of the scholarship applications.

After filling out the "Registration Form”, the candidate has to pay a Registration Fee of Rs. 1000/- either online through Debit Card / Credit Card /Net Banking or cash at the Cash Counter of the University.

  • On successful payment of the Registration Fee, a receipt will be generated by the system. You will have to save this registration number for all your future reference. Rajagiri College of Social Sciences MBA admission process for 2025 has the following steps:

Step 1: Apply & appear in an acceptable MBA entrance exam (such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerala KMAT).
Step 2: Apply separately for Rajagiri College of Social Sciences MBA admission, meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria.’
Step 3: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the parameters mentioned in the ‘Shortlisting Criteria.’
Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Skills Test (ST)/Business Awareness Test (BAT) round.
Step 5: Final selection of the candidates will be based on the following parameters: MBA entrance exam score, GD-PI-ST/BAT score, work experience, and prior academic performance. Post selection, final offers will be rolled out.

Note: GD-PI-ST is conducted in two phases. Phase 1 considers CAT-2024 and MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025) scores. Phase 2 considers CMAT (Jan 2025), KMAT (Kerala) 2025, MAT (Dec 2024, Feb 2025), and XAT 2025 scores.

Candidates can attend GD-PI-ST/Business Awareness Test in either phase but only once per admission year.
