The PGP extends over a period of two years, involving six trimesters with a summer internship at a prestigious organization. The programme is carefully designed keeping in view the changing needs of the global business scenario.
During the first year, students are exposed to basic concepts in the areas of Marketing, Finance, Quantitative Methods, Operations, Behavioural Sciences and Strategy through the core courses. These lay the foundations for all the functional areas of management and help the students develop an intricate understanding about the different facets involved.

IIM Bodh Gaya offers MBA Hospital & Healthcare Management programme. It is a two-year full-time program spread across six terms. The programme provides holistic appreciation of Healthcare and allied industry and covers Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, Health Insurance, Medical device & equipment, health care consulting, digital health. Students have the option to choose from the two tracks of specialization – Health Care Management or Hospital Management. The MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management programme at IIM Bodh Gaya consists of a total of minimum 108 credits. In the first year, students will undergo the core courses. In the second year, students can choose elective courses from two tracks of specialization i.e. “Hospital Management” and “Healthcare Management.”
The “Hospital Management” track covers courses related to management/ administration of various functions in hospitals and allied areas. The “Healthcare Management” track covers courses related to public health, health insurance and pharmaceuticals.

IIM Visakhapatnam offers 5 years full time PhD Program. It is a research-intensive doctoral program aimed at imparting high-quality training in research.

The program comprises one year of course work, a comprehensive examination and thesis work consisting of a thesis proposal defence; and a final thesis evaluation and defence. Financial Support for IIMV PhD Students
Stipend will be paid at Rs. 37,000/- per month for the 1st two years and Rs. 42,000/- per month from the third year onwards.

International Conference grants of up to Rs. 3,00,000/- and National Conference grants of up to Rs. 60,000/- towards accepted papers are paid
In addition to this grants for publication of papers in national and international Journals, participation in international conferences are also paid

- Based on the information provided by the applicants, selected candidates will be shortlisted (on the recommendation of the respective areas) and called to Visakhapatnam for an interview

- Candidates selected for admission are required to attend an Orientation and Preparatory Programme
IIMV PhD Program comprises of two phases Coursework and Thesis work. The phase-1 of Course work covers the first year of the programme. Successful completion of the first phase requires passing the Comprehensive Examination (Written & Viva) at the end of the first academic year. a student is required to take 18-credit courses over this period.
On completion of Phase 1, the students begin thesis work consisting of a thesis proposal and a final thesis-evaluation. The area concerned can decide on the combination of PGP and PhD courses to be offered in year, subject to the minimum requirements. so that the student completes 27 credits before the comprehensive qualifying examination.

EMBA program is of 2 years duration and is offered in blended mode of Online and class room sessions. Total number of 36 courses are included in the programme curriculum. Total number of Programme Hours are 740 (1st year – 360 Hours, 2nd year – 380 Hours). Classes will be conducted on weekends from 9 AM to 5.00 PM on Saturday and 9 AM to 3.30 PM on Sunday. IMT Nagpur students of the PGDM Financial Management Programme earn their credits through compulsory courses, specialization courses and the internship project. The rigorous nature of the program equips the students with necessary hard and soft skills to eventually excel in the leadership role. The program offers various streams of specializations from the various functional areas and the students can opt for their chosen specialization domain.
In the first year (Term I, II & III), the student will learn concepts in all the key areas of management. In Term III, the students have to choose two flexi-core courses. Each student is required to undertake Summer Internship Program (SIP) in an organization at the end of first year. The duration of the SIP varies between eight to ten weeks. In the second year of the Programme, each student is required to opt for 12 elective courses across the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Term based on his / her aptitude or interest.
