MBA HR programme is aimed at developing professionals who will be able to manage all functions and levels of businesses using their HR managerial knowledge and skills. The First Year of the program offers a 2-week compulsory preparatory program for students to enhance their readiness for the MBA HR program; an Orientation program to familiarize students to the IIM way of learning and acquaints them with the infrastructure, services, and student activities at IIM Amritsar. The first year courses are compulsory and provide basic conceptual knowledge and analytical tools in different functional areas of management. All students undergo eight to ten weeks of summer internship after first year of the program. Summer internship helps students to apply their first year learning by doing organizationally sponsored projects. Student performance in their summer internships often result in final placement offers.
Second-year MBA HR comprises core courses in HR spread out over the fourth, fifth, and sixth terms of the program. Students can also choose elective courses from among areas of specialization like Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Information Systems & Analytics, Production & Quantitative Methods, Business Strategy, Economics, and Communication. Fellow Programme in Management
IIM Raipur does not charge any tuition fee, hostel fee, library fee, computer fee from FPM students pursuing the programme. Instead, IIM Raipur full time Research Scholars are provided financial assistance to all academic and other expenses.
Scholarship to the tune of Rs.35,000 is offered to FPM students in the 1st and 2nd year and Rs.40,000 in 3rd and 4th year of programme.
Besides, to attend international and National Conferences, an amount of up to Rs 1,50,000 during FPM program is provided. While a financial assistance of Rs.50,000 is given to purchase laptop/PC, the research scholars are offered a contingency grant of Rs.40,000 per year during the programme.

The fellow programme at IIM Raipur has been categorized into the following three phases: Phase I (Fundamentals of Management), Phase II (Specialization) and Phase III (Doctoral Dissertation). Research scholars will spend generally a little over four years that includes two years of rigorous course work.

IIM Amritsar MBA program imparts foundational functional knowledge of management in its first year and offers integrative and specialization courses in the second year. The program offers opportunity to develop global perspective thorough international market exploration.

The MBA Healthcare and Hospital Management programme at IIM Bodh Gaya consists of a total of minimum 108 credits. In the first year, students will undergo the core courses. IIMV PhD Program comprises of two phases Coursework and Thesis work. The phase-1 of Course work covers the first year of the programme. Successful completion of the first phase requires passing the Comprehensive Examination (Written & Viva) at the end of the first academic year. a student is required to take 18-credit courses over this period.
On completion of Phase 1, the students begin thesis work consisting of a thesis proposal and a final thesis-evaluation. The area concerned can decide on the combination of PGP and PhD courses to be offered in year, subject to the minimum requirements. so that the student completes 27 credits before the comprehensive qualifying examination.
