- All candidates who have opted for IIM Kozhikode in their CAT applications and are fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria would receive an email for online registration for admissions to IIM Kozhikode.
- Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode are considered for Stage 2 of Shortlisting.
- A shortlist of candidates in each category would be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the performance in CAT, academic performance in Class X & XII, work experience and gender/academic diversity.
- The short-listed candidates will be asked to appear for Personal Interview (PI) and Written Ability Test (WAT).

IIM Kozhikode 1 Year PGP in Business Leadership is a uniquely designed management programme aimed at shaping young graduates into potential business leaders. The curriculum is rigorous and relevant and encourages practical application. At the core, the PGP-BL program will have an academic instruction capsule that will provide young professionals with a condensed/intense dosage of domain knowledge in all the critical and essential aspects of business.
A global immersion module combines an international business school experience as well as industry exposure in other countries. Program has a capstone module that includes a structured orientation to the key attributes of ethical and responsible business. The aim of the PGP-BL course design is to enable students to build on their prior knowledge and exposure, discover their inner Arjuna's, and develop them holistically as multi-dimensional future leaders. PGP-BL relies significantly on experiential learning and balancing insights from both practice and research. The PGPM programme comprises three phases: Online module for 2 months; On-campus residential module for 12 months and Four months of Social/Startup Projects and International Immersion.
PGPM addresses the unique needs of accomplished and ambitious professionals/executives seeking career acceleration or transition. PGPM provides its participants with a strong foundation in core management fundamentals in the first Semester. In the second Semester, participants choose one major and two minor concentrations that will help them bridge from their past experiences to their future aspirations.
The first semester helps participants develop a strong foundation in core management fundamentals. In addition, participants will undergo workshops, guest lectures and other training.
In the second Semester, participants choose one major and two minor concentrations that will help them bridge from their past experiences to their future aspirations. Semester – II Comprises Functional Majors with a choice of opting one of the majors out of Operations and Supply Chain Management; Information Management & Analytics; Sales & Marketing; Finance; Human Resource Management. In the Concentration phase, participants have access to cutting-edge, theme-based courses with a focus on practical application. They can select concentrations aligned with their areas of interest. Another key phase in 2nd semester is Integration in which the participants will have the opportunity to engage in integrative courses, select either a Start-up or Social Impact Project, and opt for an International Immersion experience.
Step by Step Application process for PGPM programme is as below:
- Applicants must fill out the online application form on the online admission portal between April and September.
- Application processing fee is Rs. 3000.
- *Application fee is subject to revision and is non-refundable.
- Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from a recognised university
- Minimum three years of relevant work experience at the time of commencement of the programme
- GMAT and CAT scores are accepted. The GMAT Focus Edition exam scores will be accepted for PGPM Batch 23.
- Scores for GMAT taken between September 30, 2021 and September 30, 2026.
- It is mandatory for the applicants to submit the GMAT (Online/Offline/Focus) scores through the GMAC portal for it to be considered for the application. You can use PGPM programme code: 6DQ-MJ-12 or search by name “S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research – Post Graduate Programme in Management” and select the same from the drop-down menu.
- CAT scores for the last three years, i.e. 2023, 2024 and 2025, will be considered. Applicants are required to submit a copy of the score report.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) at IIM Calcutta is two years full time highly reputed management program. - After declaration of CAT exam result, you can check at IIM Calcutta website whether you are shortlisted by entering your CAT registration ID and password
- IIM Calcutta MBA Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
