SDMIMD Mysore MBA equivalent PGDM program is full time AICTE approved 2 years residential programme. The program is of Global Standard in conformity with the accreditation standard of EFMD-EPAS and ACBSP. SDMIMD Mysore PGDM is accorded MBA equivalence by Association Indian Universities (AIU). Students at SDMIMD represent 20+ states in India. 42% women students, more than 60% students from Non-Engineering back ground, good number of  students with work experience in diverse sectors are only few examples of diversity at SDMIMD Mysore. 

SDMIMD offers dual specialization in its PGDM programme with supplementary offerings with NSE, AIMA, KPMG - an opportunity which is not available in most of the B-schools. Specialization are offered in Finance, Marketing, Systems, Analytics, Human Resources Management and Operations. First year or the first 3 terms are common to all and in the second year, or from terms 4-6, the specialization comes into effect. Summer Internship of 2 months is scheduled between the first and the second year.

Curriculum

SDMIMD PGDM is 2 years full time MBA equivalent, AICTE approved and NBA Accredited, residential program. SDMIMD Mysore Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is the flagship management program offered by Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDMIMD), Mysore. The program has been recognized as equivalent to MBA by Association of Indian Universities. 

SDMIMD PGDM Program offers specializations in Marketing, Systems, Finance, Operations, or Human Resource Management. Students have the option of dual specialization. 

SDMIMD PGDM curriculum is consistently updated as per industry requirement to enable the students to remain industry ready. Case Study based pedagogy using Harvard Business School’s publications & other reputed sources. SDMIMD uses the modern learner-centric pedagogies & instructional techniques and forges a presence in the emerging areas of management education. Adapting technology in management education, Contemporary Curriculum, Industry Interface, Academic Conferences, Student Clubs are some of the USPs of SDMIMD Pedagogic approach. 

The PGDM program runs for six terms over two years with an acclaimed quality and academic rigour. Each of the 6 trimesters has a duration of 10 to 13 weeks. The course contents and curriculum are revised periodically taking into account the latest development in business environment and managerial thought and in line with practices in other leading B-Schools the world over. 
All the courses in the first year are compulsory core courses. These courses equip the students with basic knowledge in various areas of management.  The courses in the second year emphasize the multifunctional and strategic dimensions in decision making, and include courses related to different functional areas as well general areas. In the second year, students can opt to specialize in the areas of Marketing, Systems, Finance, Operations, Human Resources Management along with additional modular specializations. Students have the option of single / dual specialization along with modular specialization in Microfinance or Business Analytics. Students can also decide to be a generalist and not specialize in any area and instead opt for courses from various streams to make up the required minimum credits. 

SDMIMD has built into its curriculum some unique courses and programs that distinguish it from other Institutes, such as Ethics and Values in Management, Yoga and Socially Relevant Project. In line with the movement to align with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) announced by the UN, and the prominence being given to the Environmental-Social-Governance (ESG) dimensions, SDMIMD is offering a modular specialization and certification for students to study ESG-related courses in addition to their chosen PGDM specialization. The Institute has planned several activities in this regard including MDPs, conferences, and conclaves. This initiative focuses at Enhanced value creation for the student in terms of knowledge, openings for analysis, synthesis and creativity, Enhanced opportunities for esteemed employers who value the ESG focus to employ SDMIMD students certified with ESG courses

SDMIMD has entered into a major 5-year tie up with TCS iON for academic enhancement. Entire batch of first year students is enrolled every year. 10 courses have been identified which are offered in the first year and early in the second year. TCS iON organizes supplementary lectures on practical relevance, conducts internship during the course program. A Joint certificate is issued by SDMIMD and TCS iON on completion of the orientation. SDMIMD has entered into a collaboration with Bangalore Chamber of Industry and Commerce (BCIC) for setting up a joint Centre of excellence in Management Studies at SDMIMD campus. The Nodal Centre in Mysore - BCIC SDMIMD Centre for Excellence in Management focuses on holding corporate programs, training sessions, workshops and leadership conclaves with the support of the corporate executives of the member Institutions of BCIC.

SDMIMD Mysore Application for Admission 2025 should be submitted Online. Eligible candidates have to go to SDMIMD PGDM Admission Apply Now  and Fill up the basic registration details, complete the application form and submit. SDMIMD Mysore application fees is Rs.1250/-. The fee should be paid online or by DD. If making payment by DD, prepare the D.D. in favour of The Director, SDM Institute for Management Development, Payable at Mysore. After applying for SDMIMD PGDM program, candidates need to send details of their entrance exam registration by Email to [email protected], duly mentioning their Name & SDMIMD Application Number. On declaration of Entrance exam result, immediately email your entrance exam scores to SDMIMD along with SDMIMD Application Number and Name. 

Register and appear in one of the entrance exams – CAT/XAT/CMAT/GMAT/MAT/ATMA.  The score of any of the above exams conducted from June 2024 onwards is valid for admission into PGDM 2025-27. SDMIMD final selection will be made based on entrance exam score, academic performance, Work Experience, performance in PI-WAT among others. Curriculum

IFMR GSB Integrated MBA (BBA+MBA) of 5 years duration is a strategically curated programme designed to inculcate attitudes, values, and qualities, develop skills, and build the knowledge foundation for future entrepreneurs and business leaders. 

Students can choose to exit at varied points in their learning journey and gain these degrees. Students can exit after three years with the BBA degree or can exit after four years with a BBA Honours degree; or on completion of five years, get an Integrated MBA degree.

IFMR GSB Integrated MBA eligibility criteria for admission 2025-30 batch have following important points: 

Age: Date of birth of the applicants should be January 1, 2006 or later
Academics: 

  • Applicants must have studied in the English Medium, obtained at least 60% marks (overall) both in Class X and Class XII with at least 60% in Mathematics in Class X; this could be from the Boards - IB, IGCSE, ICSE, CBSE or State Boards, but not from NIOS
  • A student who has not been assessed by any of the above listed Boards in Class X, and is directly pursuing IB as a four-year programme after middle school will not be eligible, to apply for 2025 admission, unless such student has already completed IB in 2024 or earlier. Such a student must have qualified in IB with grade of at least 4 in Math
  • In Class X, regardless of the board, the student’s marks will be considered from Math, English and three other non-overlapping subjects. (One of the could be a language other than English). If the student has written more than three subjects we will use the best three, along with Math and English to check for eligibility based on 60% criterion
  • In Class XII, the student’s marks will be considered in three subjects (Math is not required, but it can be one of the three) apart from English or any other Language. English / Language marks are not included while checking for eligibility based on 60% criterion
  • Students who have not qualified in Math with 60% in class X in any of the above boards can qualify based on SAT score of at least 600 in Math

Curriculum

The IFMR Krea University MBA curriculum is designed to build strong managerial foundations in the first year and allow specialization through electives in the second year.

In the first year of IFMR MBA curriculum, students complete three terms of core courses covering subjects like Accounting, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and People Management. The step by step process for admission to MBA programme at SIBM Bengaluru is as follows:

Step 1: The candidate must apply and appear and score the minimum required percentile in SNAP Test

Step 2: Along with submitting application for SNAP exam, candidates should register and apply for admission to SIBM Bengaluru by paying additional registration fee of Rs.1000/- per programme through SNAP application form  

Step 3: Preserve the Admit Card of SNAP Test for further selection process at SIBM, Bengaluru Appearing for SNAP Test does not automatically qualify an applicant for the next step in SIBM, Bengaluru selection process

Step 4: SIBM Bengaluru Shortlist Criteria is based on SNAP exam score. For MBA admission, every year SIBM Bengaluru shortlist criteria is announced. Curriculum

SIBM Bengaluru MBA curriculum is divided into four semesters spread over two years. In the first year and in part of the second year, students cover Generic core courses as well as electives. SDA Bocconi IMB program is built with a combination of theory, case-study methodology, international experiences and corporate exposure. It is specifically designed to create responsible, reliable, and effective business leaders. SDA Bocconi Asia Center International Master in Business program structure and curriculum is as follows:

Preparatory Courses (June – September 2026)
The SDA Bocconi Asia Center International Master in Business program begins with preparatory courses focused on essential skills such as data visualization, creativity, market research, and complex problem-solving. Core courses then introduce foundational topics including data analysis, competitive analysis, business strategy, and business communication.

TERM 1 (September – December 2026)
In Term 1 of SDA Bocconi Asia Center International Master in Business program, students expand their business knowledge through subjects like financial reporting, marketing, project management, advanced data analytics, organizational behavior, and information systems, alongside a focus on sales and consumer behavior.

TERM 2 (January – March 2027)
This term strengthens strategic, financial, and technological competencies with courses in corporate finance, AI and machine learning for business, human resource management, operations strategy, digital marketing, corporate strategy, and entrepreneurship.

TERM 3 (June – August 2027)
The second year opens with a focus on economics, banking, communication, negotiation, and organizational behavior. Students also begin customizing their learning path through electives.

TERM 4 (September – December 2027)
Students continue to shape their professional profiles by selecting a set of electives from a diverse menu of topics. This term is designed to build specialized knowledge and practical skills aligned with their individual interests and career goals.

TERM 5 (January – March 2027)
The final term highlights leadership and responsible management, featuring courses in innovation, corporate governance, and ethics. Design Thinking is revisited as a creative approach to solving complex business challenges. Electives continue to offer opportunities for focused learning, ensuring graduates leave with a strategic and well-rounded perspective.

SDA Bocconi Asia Center offers up to 80% merit-based tuition waivers for eligible IMB candidates, along with scholarships such as the Women in Leadership and Sports & Cultural Arts Scholarships.

IIM Amritsar offers Integrated B.Tech. – MBA Program (IBM) jointly by IIM Amritsar and NIT Jalandhar. The program integrates the curriculum of B.Tech. degree from NIT Jalandhar and MBA degree from IIM Amritsar in 5 years, thereby saving one academic year for the students. Admission to the program will be through an entrance test conducted by IIM Amritsar followed by a Personal Interview. All 4th semester students of NIT Jalandhar are eligible to apply for the program.

The first year MBA curriculum will be covered in semesters 5-8 of the B.Tech. program. Students will also get an opportunity to do summer internships in managerial roles at the end of 8th semester. The IBM program offers B.Tech. students of NIT Jalandhar a unique opportunity to be corporate ready with this Integrated B.Tech. MBA degree.

Curriculum

The program covers the entire MBA curriculum offered by IIM Amritsar. Courses normally covered in the 1st year of MBA at IIM Amritsar will be covered in Semesters 5-8 of the B.Tech. program through lectures in hybrid mode.  In the final year of the IBM program, students are expected to take a minimum of 16 units and a maximum of 18 units of electives divided over three terms. In addition to the above the students will be required to take the core courses Applications of Business Communication, Business Law/Legal Aspects of Business, Strategic Management, Social Involvement Project.

The courses taught in the first year of the MBA program will be covered over semesters 5-8 of the B.Tech. curriculum. These courses will be taught in offline mode. Schedule for these courses will be integrated in the regular B.Tech. schedule of NIT Jalandhar. For the final year of the MBA program the students will shift to the hostels provided by IIM Amritsar and will attend regular offline classes at IIM Amritsar. IIM Offers  optional international immersion Module to IBM students. An additional cost needs to be paid by the candidates if they are interested.

Faculty teaching both IBM and MBA program are drawn from the same pool of faculty available at IIM Amritsar. The attendance and assessment rigor are similar to the MBA program. The IBM students have to comply with the rules and regulations given in the IBM students’ manual.

The admission process is a simple 4-step process that starts with applying for K J Somaiya Institute of Management’s MBA Executive programme.
