Started from the academic session 2023-24, TAPMI Integrated Program in Management (IPM) aims to inculcate management practices among future professionals at a young age. TAPMI 5 year IPM programme uses an innovative and inclusive academic pedagogy of global standards based on an Integrative and multidisciplinary curriculum. The five year full-time integrated program is strategically designed with a blend of analytical, social, humanities, management, and skill-based courses. At the end of the five-year academic experience, the candidates who have successfully completed the (program) academic requirements will be awarded the degree of an MBA along with a BA (Foundations in Management) degree. 

TAPMI IPM offers assured MBA from TAPMI Manipal. The score of CAT/XAT and other competitive exam is not required. TAPMI IPM is a Dual-Degree Course. Students get two degrees by the end of their five-year course – BA (Foundations in Management) and MBA. IPM also offers Exit Option. Student may exit the programme post three years of IPM with BA (Foundations in Management) Degree. Placements of IPM students will be conducted along with TAPMI MBA placements.
