MDI takes pride in its Fellow Programme. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education, Government of India and recognized by the Associa-tion of Indian Universities (AIU) as equivalent to a PhD degree of an Indian University. The Fellow Programme in Management encourages rigorous interdisciplinary re-search in contemporary areas of management.
Since its inception in 1999, MDI’s Fellow Programme has been growing steadily, both in numbers, as well as its contribution to the reservoir of knowledge. Seminars, presentations, discussion forums and informal knowledge-sharing sessions throughout the year keep research scholars intellectually stimulated with peers and faculty. MDI’s Fellow Programme encourages research in current and contemporary areas of interest in management. The primary purpose of our Fellow Programme is to develop scholars who will stretch the boundaries of management thought and will also impact contemporary management practices in real time.
The Scholars have access to a state-of-the-art library, which has a large and diverse collection of books and journals. In addition, MDI subscribes to prominent online journals databases such as ABI/INFORM (ProQuest), Business Source Complete (EBSCO), Elsevier’s Energy Collection, Elsevier’s Business & Man-agement Journals Collection, IGI Online Journals Collection, JSTOR, Emerald Insight, ProQuest’s Disserta-tions & Theses database, Psych ARTICLES (APA), and SAGE Humanities & Social Science Collection.
The library is equipped with sectoral databases such as Crisil Research, Datamonitor 360, ETIG Database, Financial Times Database, IndiaStat, Euromonitor, Factiva, and Westlaw India.
The library also provides access to corporate databases such as ACE Analyser, Bloomberg Terminal, Economic Outlook (CMIE), Industry Outlook (CMIE), Prowess (CMIE), Private Equity Deal Database, M&A Deal Database, Scopus, Statista and Real Estate Deal Database.The library is Wi-Fi enabled, with exclusive working space for the research scholars.

Eligibility Criteria
• A master’s degree in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division) or equivalent grade point average recognized by AICTE /AIU with a Bachelor’s degree / equivalent qualification after com-pleting higher secondary schooling (10+2).
• Five year integrated Master’s Degree Programme in any discipline with at least 60% marks (with first division), obtained after completing higher secondary schooling (10+2).
• A minimum of 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent CGPA along with Master’s degree with 60% (with first division).
For FPM (Non-Residential), minimum age of 35 years and a minimum of 10 years of managerial work experience, preferable at senior-level, is required as on last date of application.
For FPM (Residential), those appearing for their final examinations in the respective disciplines can also apply. Candidates have to complete the requirement for the course before June 30, 2024 and produce original certificate /marksheets by September 30, 2024 failing which they may be asked to withdraw from the programme. The maximum age limit to apply for the FPM Residential Programme is 50 Years.
Candidates with gender diversity, PWD (person with a disability), EWS (Economically weaker section), or rural-urban diversity are encouraged to apply for the FPM programme.

Fellow Programme in Management
The Fellow Programme in Management (non-residential) is designed to cater to the scholarly needs of working business executives. It prepare executives for careers in management teaching and research, as well as in management practice, consulting and development. Therefore, executives aspiring for the FPM (non-residential) Programme should be willing to devote time and energy that the Programme requires. Classes will normally be held during weekends or in the evening. The course work in first year will be completed in three terms, which are equivalent to approximately nine months.

The Fellow Programme in Management has to be completed within 4 years after the registration, which may be extended up to 7 years maximum (seven years) depending on the merit of the case and favorable review of work progress by the FPM Committee. The FPM Programme consists of two phases. The first phase of the Programme involves course work, followed by a Comprehensive Research Evaluation. The second phase requires scholars to work on their thesis, which involves the preparation of a thesis proposal, writing of the thesis, a final Viva Voce, an examination based on the thesis.
The student is required to take First Year courses of the Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM). These courses are approximately of three months duration. Only after completion of PGDM level course work, can the student start with FPM level course work. Scholars who already hold an MBA degree are exempted from this course work requirement. Fellow-level courses consititute three levels General Core Courses, Area Core Courses and Elective Courses.
Applicants have to apply online by visiting the MDI Gurgaon website. They can click on the programme they wish to apply for and follow the instructions given on the website. Candidates have to make an online payment of Rs. 3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) inclusive of 18% GST using Credit/Debit card/Net Banking.

Executive PGDM in Global Human Resource Management (EPGD-GHRM) Weekend

IIFT offers 18 month part time (Weekend) Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management to prepare a cadre of HR professionals equipped with appropriate values, perspective, and competencies to become efficient trainers and catalysts in developing a culture of excellence in the organization. All sessions for the 18 month programme of Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Global Human Resource Management (at Delhi) would be on weekends and will be held at IIFT, Delhi in physical mode. Examinations would be conducted on campus. The programme curriculum is divided into four terms. Participants are required to opt 4 Elective Courses in Term IV. The electives must be finalized for Term-IV within the date as prescribed by the Programme Director. Minimum 20 participants are required to form an elective group. During the programme an International Study Tour of one week will be organized.
The programme lays strong Focus on International Human Resources Management with industry focus through course content, pedagogy and industry interactions. Courses on contemporary tools are used in HRM such as Design Thinking, Big Data, People Analytics, creating dashboards. Immersive Language course spread across two trimesters with separate certification is offered. The Capstone Project, Mentorship Program with Industry Experts, International Study Tour are the other key highlights of the programme.

New Scholarship Scheme (NSS): It will cover 10% students with scholarship amounting to 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT. The criteria would be “means-cum-merit” basis with 70% weightage to means, and 30% weightage to merit.
Scholarships to IPM students: The scholarship will be offered after completion of BBA and MBA.
Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. As of now, central scholarships are available for Full-Time students of IIFT through NSP portal like Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education to the SC students; ST students; to students with benchmark disabilities; to OBC students; Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship to the students belonging to minority communities and other scholarships.
Exim Bank Scholarship: Exim Bank offers a scholarship for reserved category (SC/ST) students equivalent to the tuition fees paid in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, subject to a ceiling of Rs.3.5Lakh.
OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.

Doctoral Programme in Management
IIFT offers 3 years full time Ph.D. Programme in Management. The programme covers Doctoral research in a variety of business related areas leading to the award of Ph.D degree. The programme is targeted at research scholars, members of teaching faculty in universities and institutes of higher learning, professionals from private, public and government sectors. The main objectives of the Ph.D. Programme are to facilitate pursuing higher studies and advanced research in International Business; to encourage and doing research on contemporary issues in the field of International Business; to encourage publication of research papers in academic journals, occasional papers, monographs, books and other publications.
One of the primary purposes of doctoral studies is to encourage in-depth analysis and enrich knowledge in the chosen field. This includes the ability to apply independently methodologies of scientific research as well as to create new scientific knowledge. Further, the candidate should demonstrate an ability to analyze critically research results and to understand their importance in the relevant context. Skills to present and to effectively communicate research results are needed in order to succeed in postgraduate studies. Thus, it is important to assume an adequate knowledge and understanding of the problems, research methodologies, historical developments, theory formulation and societal importance of the scientific disciplines which are related to the candidates own research field. IIFT has two campuses viz, New Delhi and Kolkata. Selected candidates can attend the course work classes from Delhi as well as Kolkata (via video conferencing)
There is no Programme fee for Indian Full Time Ph.D. Scholars. They are offered scholarships and financial assistance. An amount of 37,000/- P.M. + HRA for first two years and 42,000/- P.M. + HRA for remaining three years will be offered by the Institute. For continuation of scholarship in the second phase, performance evaluation will be done on half-yearly basis. The amount is subject to revision by the Institute.

Selected scholars are required to mandatorily attend course work at IIFT during the first year of the Programme. The total course work is of 18 credit hours (1 credit hour = 10 hours) including 3 credit hours of seminar paper. The course work is divided over two semesters and will be held on weekends. Course Structure is subject to revision by the Institute’s Academic Council from time to time. OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.

The two-year Post-graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at IIM Indore is a full-time residential course for graduates from all disciplines who wish to choose a career in management. The Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management at IIM Indore aims to groom participants into competent professional managers with a capacity to learn and adapt to national and international environment. In the first year, students are offered core courses in management. Students visit a company once a week in the first year of the Programme. They are required to carry out a study on various industries and key players in the industry. The PGP-HRM curriculum is spread over two years, each year consisting of three terms. The first year of the classes will take place along with PGP participants for most of the courses. The first year is a fundamental anchor of the programme and will provide a context of strong peer learning and appreciation of business issues. The second year will focus on specialized courses and industry projects. The second year of the programme enable the participants to interact closely with industry and business leaders while undertaking industry projects. At the end of the first year, the participant spends eight weeks on a summer project in a business organization, working in the domain of HRM and organizational leadership.

Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)
The EPGP is structured to prepare executives for transformational leadership positions. During the intense one-year programme, they will work towards developing a deeper understanding of various facets of management and hone their managerial skills. The programme is spread over five academic terms in IIM Indore campus and one International Immersion module at one of the top-ranking international university. The first three terms (mostly composed of core courses) focus on laying the foundation for the specialisation through a bundle of electives offered in the other terms. An international module provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the global business environment and an ability to operate in a multicultural environment. The last two terms are mostly electives and other experiential learning.
