As a general rule, a four-credit course requires a commitment of about 100 hours from the participant of which 25 hours are to be spent in the classroom (usually 20 sessions of 75 minutes each) and the balance to be utilized for preparation and assignments. The courses carry one, two, three or four-credits.
Register and apply for CAT exam by paying the requisite application fee for the exam. On the page 4 of CAT application form, you need to select IIM Indore MBA-HRM and other programs and select the interview city. Your application for IIM Indore admission is submitted. You do not need to apply and pay separately for IIM Indore Admission. After declaration of CAT exam result, you can check at IIM Indore website whether you are shortlisted by entering your CAT registration ID and password
- IIM Indore Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- The candidate should appear in CAT exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to be considered for shortlisting.
- Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for Admission.
Admission/Selection Process for Candidates for MBA-HRM at IIM Indore is through CAT. The selection of the candidates for admission to the PGP-HRM at IIM Indore is a two-step process.
In the first step, candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI) round from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme. Detailed Admission process is as below:
- The candidate must have appeared and scored the minimum required percentile in CAT. Candidates are short-listed for PI round which is conducted in many cities
- Candidates are shortlisted from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme
- After the PI round, IIM Indore will award weightages to various parameters and admission offers are made by IIM Indore to successful candidates.
- The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in CAT, performance in PI round, academics, diversity, work experience among others
Admission offer letter would be sent to all successful candidates. Candidates, who are offered admission, need to confirm their acceptance by completing all the required formalities by the stipulated date.
