Two months corporate internship immediately after the completion of the third trimester i.e. the first year, enables students to get real-life experience in blue chip companies on projects that can challenge even an accomplished practicing manager. The actual learning occurs through the fruitful exchange of ideas and exposure to diverse perceptions, particularly during case analysis and presentations. These nourish the basic concepts that reinforce the process of creating successful managers.

At IBA, students are treated as colleagues who work in teams as ‘Task Forces’. This gives them a first-hand experience to organise guest lectures, seminars, even identify and screen faculty, coordinate directly with visiting faculty, etc. The last three trimesters are devoted to building entrepreneurial abilities in the students because a successful manager is perceived as a wealth creator for the organisation. The last lap at IBA is devoted to placement exercise.
