IIM Nagpur Pune campus Executive MBA programme is a two-year programme spread across eight terms of 3 months each (4 terms in each year). The programme incorporates about 750 hours of classroom teaching spread over two years. The courses include a mix of core (compulsory) courses and elective (to be chosen by participants) courses.
The programme follows a credit system where 1 credit equals 10 hours of classroom teaching. All courses will generally be of either 3 credits (30 hours) or 1.5 credits (15 hours). Each term (of 3 months) will have 3 to 4 courses (total max 9 credits). The core (compulsory) courses will be delivered over the first five terms (4 terms in the first year and first term of the second year), totalling to 45 credits (or 450 hours). 

The final three terms (6, 7, 8) in the second year will comprise of elective courses across various areas of specialization. The participants can choose courses as per their interest and professional requirements. A major specialization will be considered if a participant chooses minimum 4 elective courses from one area, and a minor specialization will require a participant to choose minimum 3 elective courses from one area. JBS Noida 4 years full time BBA curriculum is imaginative and flexible and is comprised of creative combinations of disciplines of study. The 4 year BBA programme provides Exit option to the students (with the award of degree) after the completion of three years.

For the students who intend to earn honours degree, the 4th year (Sem 7 and Sem 8) will provide two options to the students:

JBS Noida BBA curriculum has been revised based on the NEP recommendation and 4-year BBA with research has been introduced from 2023 Batch onwards. It gives flexibility to students to take a break from studies and rejoin the program, or exit at the completion of 1, 2,3 or 4 years.
