Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM)
The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) is a two-year full-time programme spread over six trimesters and a summer internship. The programme is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and recognised as equivalent to MBA Degree of an India University by Association of Indian Universities (AIU).
Launched in the year 2008, the PGDM programme is designed on the principle that a proper balance of theory and practice is required for effective decision-making and problem-solving in a globalised environment. The programme aims at the development of a well-rounded person with the right balance of leadership skills and social responsibility. The curriculum which is designed to develop in students a capacity to think, to learn, to innovate and to apply what they learn in real life situations, is kept relevant with the dynamics of the changing business environment.
The programme structure contains a compulsory set of core courses covering all foundation areas in management that build a holistic general management perspective, and a set of elective courses with a functional and domain thrust aimed at building job specific skills and knowledge in the chosen area of specialisation. The programme offers dual specialisation and students have the freedom to select the courses of their choice from a wide variety of electives in the second year. Students can also choose from non-credit add-on and certification courses, to suit their individual preferences.

Rajagiri Business School PGDM admission process for 2026 has the following steps:
Step 1: Apply & appear in an acceptable MBA entrance exam (such as CAT, GMAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or Kerala KMAT).
Step 2: Apply separately for Rajagiri Business School PGDM admission, meeting the ‘Eligibility Criteria.’
Step 3: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the parameters mentioned in the ‘Shortlisting Criteria.’
Step 4: Shortlisted candidates will be called for the Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI), and Skills Test (ST)/Business Awareness Test (BAT) round.

How to Apply Rajagiri Business School PGDM Program

Rajagiri Business School PGDM Selection Process
Rajagiri Business School follows a holistic selection process when selecting students. Therefore, the final selection will be based on the total marks achieved by the candidate, considering the following parameters:

Rajagiri Career & Talent Scholarship
The Career and Talent Scholarships ensure that talented and highly motivated students have an opportunity to follow their passion, study and graduate from a premier institution. These scholarships, 10 in number, range from 25%-50% waiver of tuition fee and recognizes the meritorious performance of candidates in the Common Admission Test 2025 (CAT 2025) conducted by the Indian Institute of Managements (IIMs). RBS provides scholarship for eligible candidates who have scored above 80 percentile in the CAT exam 2025.
Principal/Dean’s Scholarship: Students who achieve a 95th percentile or higher in the CAT-2025 exam qualify for this scholarship. It offers a 75% tuition fee waiver, preferential treatment to attend corporate events, and specialized placement training.
