XIM University Bhubaneswar MBA-HRM is a two-year full-time residential program with a sharp focus on “People Management” in the emerging knowledge economy. It is designed to develop highly competent human resource professionals by imparting the knowledge, skills and experience essential for managing human resources in an organization.

The conceptualisation and implementation of effective human resource management practices to attract, develop, motivate and retain a highly competent and diverse knowledge workforce is imperative. This also requires highly competent human resource professionals who possess holistic understanding of business, society and government and are well-equipped in all aspects of Human Resource Management.

IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Financial Management curriculum is designed to develop financial leaders with strong analytical, strategic, and managerial capabilities. IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Financial Management curriculum begins with a set of foundation courses in Microeconomics, Quantitative Methods for Business, Accounting and Finance, Spreadsheet Modelling, and Introduction to Management, providing a solid grounding in core business principles. The core curriculum builds on this foundation with subjects such as Business and Corporate Finance, Managerial Accounting, Financial Statement Analysis, Macroeconomics for Managers, and Data Analytics and AI for Business. These are complemented by practice-based learning components including Summer Internship Projects, Business Research, Design Thinking, and Sustainability and Social Responsibility.

IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Financial Management curriculum specialization focuses on building deep functional expertise in valuation, corporate restructuring, financial risk management, derivatives, and fintech. Students engage with advanced topics like Business Valuation, Mergers and Acquisitions, Security Analysis, and International Financial Management, supported by electives in Investment Banking, Project Appraisal, Wealth Management, and Behavioral Finance. This integrated curriculum equips students with a comprehensive understanding of financial systems and prepares them for leadership roles in banking, corporate finance, consulting, fintech, and investment management sectors.

IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Banking and Financial Services curriculum combines core management education with specialized learning in financial services and technology. The foundation term covers courses such as Microeconomics, Quantitative Methods, Financial Accounting, Spreadsheet Modelling, Python, and Data Visualization. Term I introduces subjects like Corporate Finance, Introduction to Banking and Financial Services, and Macroeconomics. Term II includes Financial Statement Analysis, Business Valuation, Risk Management, and Marketing Management. From Term III, the curriculum deepens specialization with subjects like Investment Banking, Mergers and Acquisitions, Corporate Banking, and Marketing of Financial Services, followed by an 8–10 week summer internship.

In later terms, IMT Ghaziabad PGDM Banking and Financial Services students study advanced areas such as Fintech, Wealth Management, Treasury Management, Risk Management II, Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fixed Income Securities, and Machine Learning for BFSI. A one-month NISM immersion in Term V provides practical exposure through industry projects and certifications. The final term focuses on Digital Strategy, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, BFSI in Society, Strategic Management, and Human Resource Management.

TAPMI BBA Hons offers four track options. The year wise curriculum and options are are:  

Year 1: Multidisciplinary foundational courses
Year 2: Core business and technology courses
Year 3: Specialization courses (Students can exit the program after third year with a BBA degree)
Year 4: Honors track with following options in the fourth year: 
(a) Study Advanced Specialization at TAPMI for accelerated career growth;
(b) Or, purse Entrepreneurship with support from TAPMI;
(c) Or, pursue the Research Track leading to IVY League PhD with support from TAPMI;
(d) Or, join an M.Sc. Program offered by the University of Southampton after BBA

TAPMI BBA Hons offers Internships at the end of first, second, and third years. Students need to do Live projects in every semester. There is International Immersion for every student. TAPMI has Student-driven, co-curricular activities such as TAPMI book club (TBC) and Technology club.

All students graduate with a Major and a Minor specialization in TAPMI BBA Hons Programme. The available areas of specialization are Marketing, Finance, Information systems & Technology, Operations & Decision Sciences, Analytics, Strategy & Interdisciplinary, Human Resources
 

IMT Ghaziabad students of the PGDM DCP programme earn their credits through compulsory courses, specialization courses and the internship project. The rigorous nature of the program equip the candidates with necessary hard and soft skills to eventually excel in the leadership role. The program offers various streams of  Major and Minor specializations from the various functional areas and the students can opt for their chosen specialization domain.

PGDM (Dual Country Program) provides the students with a year-long intense international experience in a multi-cultural environment in one of the most dynamic markets of the world. Students get to learn the global way of life, study internationally benchmarked curriculum and work with multinational companies. 

DCP focuses on imparting skill-set for long-term career growth in services sector. This learning is facilitated by studying One year of course work in IMT Dubai and One year of course work in IMT Ghaziabad.  DCP students experience the scope, scale and speed of service businesses in context of Dubai. Both the years of PGDM (DCP) have been conceptualized and executed to add distinct knowledge and skill sets. 

IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is spread over two years and is divided in six trimesters. The first three trimesters are devoted to developing understanding of basic concepts across different functional areas to provide an integrated learning experience to the students. This covers Core Compulsory courses across different functional areas of management including Marketing, Finance and Accounting, OB and HR, Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques, Information Management, Economics, Strategy & General Management.

The first year also consists of Core Elective courses which a student can choose based on his/her choice of specialization. A minimum of two Core Elective courses have to be chosen by the student in the domains he wishes to specialize. The following courses are offered in the first year. 

Though this program is a general management program student can choose elective courses in their stream of specialization in the second year from the areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Information Systems, Analytics (minor specialization). 

On completion of the first year, all students are required to undergo a Summer Internship Program of 8 to 10 weeks duration. 

IMI PGDM HRM program is of two years duration and follows a trimester system. Apart from the six trimesters, IMI PGDM HRM students undertake a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year.

IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is designed with a holistic approach to Human Resource Management. IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is distributed among several compulsory and elective courses, and the mandatory Summer Internship Program. The first year covers compulsory courses which cover basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Besides these, IMI PGDM HRM curriculum also includes courses like Economics, Quantitative methods and Information Technology. The focus of IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is not only on developing a manager with strong Human Resource Management skills but also to provide a balanced professional based on industry requirements.

A compulsory NGO internship during the second year is also part of the IMI New Delhi HRM program structure. This is a four-week internship which enables students to become aware of the social and economic challenges faced by the deprived sections of the society. On completion of the first year, all students of IMI Delhi HRM program are required to undertake Summer Internship Program of 8 to 10 weeks duration.

SBM-NMIMS Mumbai offers a Full time 2 Year MBA Program in Human Resource. The USP of the program lies in its design and delivery of core courses, sector specific inputs, skill building workshops and a strategic partnership with the world’s largest HR association SHRM. Students get benefit from the partnership with SHRM.

The MBA-HR Programme at NMIMS Mumbai comprises of 39 courses across six trimesters. There are 15 Workshops in six semesters and are conducted focusing on HR trends in sectors such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Retail, IT and others. Inputs on HR practices are highlighted through a series of guest sessions, project work and seminars. Seminars in this category are compulsory and non credit.

The program also includes summer internship for 8-10 weeks in which students undergo full time intensive training with industry under the guidance of a project guide and a faculty guide. Consulting assignments are given to the students from different companies in the area of HR. Sector Specific Inputs are derived through continuous interactions with Business and HR leaders along with doing live corporate projects in multiple sectors like Automobile, IT, BFSI, FMCG and Pharma, Business Advisory, HR Consulting, Telecommunications, Retail (Brick and Mortar and E-commerce). 

Business Research Workshops and Dissertation are conducted to enhance skills of opportunity recognition, problem identification and solving, critical thinking and ability to work independently. A Workshop and a Course on HR Analytics along with an enhanced focus on data and analytics in every course is offered. Besides the programme has Capstone- the Business Simulation
 

SBM-NMIMS Mumbai offers a Full time 2 Year MBA Program in Business Analytics. MBA BA at NMIMS Mumbai has comprehensive curriculum consisting of globally benchmarked additional reading materials like HBR cases and uniquely designed assignments to promote practical rigor in every subject. The programme offers electives across various domains that are highly industry-relevant, intricately linked to job requirements and include the latest tools and techniques utilized by various industries on global platforms. The program offers opportunities for relevant industry projects and internships across different domains with a focus on analytics.

The two years of NMIMS MBA BA programme is divided into six trimesters – three in year 1 and three in year 2. In the first year of MBA BA program, students have to cover compulsory 60 credits from 25 courses followed by 10 weeks of Summer Internship which does not carry any Credit.  

In the second year, students have to cover 42 compulsory credits across 17 courses. From the Trimester IV to VI, students have to participate in five Non Credit compulsory workshops.  Besides there are four electives to choose from in the second year.

SBM-NMIMS Mumbai offers a Full time 2 Year MBA Program in Digital Transformation. MBA DT at NMIMS Mumbai has comprehensive globally benchmarked curriculum. The MBA DT program at NMIMS caters to the market need, by producing leaders who not only understand management, business processes and emerging technologies, but also how these technologies can be leveraged to achieve business goals. The graduates of this programme are groomed at NMIMS to  essentially play the role of digital change agents or digital translators, who can drive digital transformation initiatives within an organisation, by liaising with both business team and technology team.

The MBA DT courses are spread across 6 trimesters, and cut across every  digital  technology, from  analytics to  blockchain to  IoT and cybersecurity. The curriculum also focuses on building management fundamentals, by incorporating courses spanning areas of strategy marketing, HRM, economics, operations, and communication. A wide-array of electives which are industry-specific and technology-specific, are offered in the programme. Students can choose these electives based on their  aspirations and interests.

The  programme also weaves in a 12-16 weeks industry immersion exercise, in the form an industry-driven  internship. It provides a forum for students, to understand the business processes first-hand, and experience how technology-driven transformations are planned and executed.

The pedagogy is discussion-oriented for most of the management courses, wherein sessions are typically driven by students based on case-studies and/or use-cases, with faculty playing the role of facilitators. For technology-oriented courses, the sessions are hands-on, with students working on market relevant tools viz., Python, UiPath, Tableau, SQL and so on.
