MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. The number of scholarships to be awarded for PGP-1 will be up to 11 to 13. For CCC, the scholarsdhip will be awarded up to 2 students. MICA will provide up to 50% of the tuition fees per student in the programme.

Core Courses
The PGDM course curriculum is spread across six terms with the bulk covered in the first three terms. Summer Internship
At the end of the first three terms, students are required to undertake an industry internship or summer training to work on a project / life problem an organization. The internship usually spans over a period of eight weeks. This is a compulsory component of the curriculum for the completion of the academic requirements. It is designed to provide exposure to organizational work setting, develop an understanding of business realities, learn how to apply theory in real life business situations and find its relevance.
Dissertation
The dissertation will be allocated 1.5 credits in Term-IV under the Internship/Fieldwork category. Students will be required to submit their completed dissertation reports by the conclusion of Term-V.
This research-intensive project allows students to engage deeply with their chosen topic, bridging academic learning with practical, real-world application. It fosters essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing, and preparing students for future professional endeavours.
Specializations
In the second year, the student opts for elective/ optional courses to specialize in a maximum of two functional areas.
These areas of specialization may deal with any of the following:

All elective Courses, however, may not be offered, as this would be determined by the number of students showing interest in aforementioned area of specializations. The fellow programme at IIM Raipur has been categorized into the following three phases: Phase I (Fundamentals of Management), Phase II (Specialization) and Phase III (Doctoral Dissertation). Research scholars will spend generally a little over four years that includes two years of rigorous course work.
The Course work in the first year provides a general management overview and develops basic skills for analysing managerial problems. In the second year, research scholars will take advanced doctoral level courses in the area of specialization; followed by the doctoral dissertation, for the next couple of years. LBSIM Delhi offers a unique two years full time residential Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (Research & Business Analytics) programme. PGDM R&BA is designed to provide in-depth knowledge of research & analytical concepts, techniques and their applications in improving business processes and decision-making. The objective of the Programme is to facilitate in-depth exposure to the students regarding methodologies and practices of Research & Business Analytics and preparing them for the emerging needs of industry in the various functional domains of research & analytics. LBSIM Delhi PGDM Research & Business Analytics Programme Admission Step by Step Process is given below:
Step-1: Application submission for Eligible Entrance Exams. LBSIM will accept CAT, XAT and GMAT (last four years) score for admission to all its PGDM programmes. You first need to apply and appear in at least one of the above entrance exams and score well to clear the prescribed LBSIM Delhi cut offs
Step-2: Apply Online or Offline separately for LBSIM Admission with requisite application fees of Rs.2000/-
Step-3: Check LBSIM Delhi Shortlist. Candidates are short-listed based on valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores, prior academic performance, work experience, and other information disclosed in the Application form
Step-4: Participate in Final Selection GD-PI-WAT. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Extempore/Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview which is held in different cities.
Step-5: Merit List Generation. Result of the selected candidates shall be displayed on the Institute’s Notice Board and uploaded on the Institute’s website

The Two Year Full-Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Research & Business Analytics) programme comprises of six trimesters. During the first year, the emphasis is primarily on basic courses to build a foundation of conceptual and analytical skills, required for pursuing specialized study in various functional areas. The basic courses include subjects covering the multiple domains of management such as Statistics, Spreadsheet Modeling, Economics, Accounting, Marketing, Human Resource Management, Business Communication, etc. Students are required to secure minimum CGPA of 5.00 for promotion to the second year. In addition to this, student should not have more than three FGrades.
PGDM Student connect programme is offered before the commencement of regular classes to help incoming candidates cope with the rigours of PGDM Programme by offering courses that bridge the knowledge gap between the undergraduate degree (in different domains) & PGDM Curriculum.
Each student is required to undertake summer internship in a company of repute for the duration of 8-10 weeks as part of the course curriculum after the third trimester examination. The Information Brochure containing the Application Form is available with the Admission Coordinator, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi on all working days between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm at LBSIM Dwarka Campus, on payment of Application Fees of Rs.2,000/- in cash or by Demand Draft.
The demand draft should be drawn in favour of 'Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management' Delhi, payable at New Delhi.
Completed application forms with requisite fee should reach LBSIM Delhi on or before the last date.

LBSIM PGDM Research & Business Analytics Admission Eligibility Criteria have following key requirements:
- Graduates in any discipline with minimum 3 years bachelor’s degree with 50% marks
- Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply.
- Candidates must declare and maintain a valid and unique email account and a phone number throughout the selection process.
- Candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs or XAT conducted by XLRI, or should have a valid GMAT score (taken during last four years).
- Foreign students, PIO and NRI sponsored candidates are also eligible and are required to take the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) at a test centre outside India.
- Indian residents who have appeared for GMAT will be required to furnish their GMAT scores while applying and should provide an attested copy of the GMAT score sheet to the Admission Office for verification at the time of personal interview.
