MICA Application has to be submitted online with the requisite application fee of Rs.2100/-. In the application, applicant needs to update the score options which he/she would like to submit (CAT/XAT/GMAT).

Step by Step MICA Application process for admission to Post Graduate Diploma in Management Communications (PGDM) programme is as below:

Step-1: Register to Get User ID: Click on Apply Now at MICA website. On the page that opens, you should fill in your name, mobile number, valid email ID and after clicking on ‘I Agree’ box, and entering captcha, you need to click on submit button.  

Step-2: Check & Verify Details: Verify the filled in information and click on OK button. Your User ID and password are now sent to your mobile and on your email ID. The page also displays your application number which you should note for future reference

Step-3: Go to Application and Upload Photo & Signature: Your MICA registration is now complete. Click on Go to Application and read instructions how to fill MICA application form and proceed further. The application form first requires to fill personal details, upload your photo & signature at the top 

Step-4: Fill Academic Details & Work Experience: On the next page you need to fill the academic details from class 10 onwards and also your work experience details

MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income.  The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.

MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00  and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.

The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. The number of scholarships to be awarded for PGP-1 will be up to 11 to 13. For CCC, the scholarsdhip will be awarded up to 2 students. MICA will provide up to 50% of the tuition fees per student in the programme.

NMIMS University has opened applications for its MBA programs for 2026–28 batch across Mumbai, Bengaluru, Jadcherla (Hyderabad), Navi Mumbai, Indore, and Ahmedabad campuses. Admission is based on NMAT by GMAC followed by a second-stage competency test and personal interview. To promote gender diversity, NMIMS University has reserved 30% of seats in MBA programs for female candidates. NMIMS only accepts the score of the first NMAT examination attempted by the candidate. 

Curriculum

The NMIMS MBA program begins with a two-week foundation module designed to build strong fundamentals through case-based learning, business etiquette training, and exposure to tools like spreadsheet modeling and social media applications. The two-year program is divided into six trimesters of around eleven weeks each. During the first year, students take core courses in Marketing, Finance, Operations and Decision Sciences, Economics, Human Resources and Behavioral Sciences, Communications, and Strategy. In the third trimester, they can also begin exploring electives to identify their areas of interest before finalizing a specialization.

In the second year, the curriculum offers more than 140 electives across diverse domains, along with a few compulsory courses. Several electives are developed in collaboration with industry leaders such as Google, Cognizant, Ernst & Young, and Lowe Lintas, ensuring students are aligned with current business practices. Beyond credit courses, students may opt for audit courses, seminars, and need-based workshops. A mandatory six-to-eight week summer internship between the first and second year provides practical exposure through live corporate projects, bridging classroom learning with real-world applications.

To apply for NMIMS Mumbai admission 2026, and other campuses, you should follow these steps. 

Step 1: Register for NMAT by GMAC Exam: Visit NMAT Website (nmat.org) to register for NMAT exam. Complete the registration process by paying the registration fee. Save your NMAT by GMAC registration number. The registration number is required for completing the NMIMS application. 

Step 2: Register for NMIMS MBA Admission before taking NMAT exam: After registering for NMAT exam, the next step is to visit the NMIMS website for the MBA admission process. You should visit NMIMS website (nmims.edu), enter your NMAT by GMAC™ registration number, and complete the application process. Note that you cannot fill out the NMIMS application form without the registration number. Complete the NMIMS MBA application process by paying the registration fees. 

Registration with NMIMS before your scheduled exam date is mandatory to apply for any NMIMS programs. For example, if NMAT by GMAC™ examination is scheduled on 11th October 2025, a candidate must register on or before 10th October 2025. 

The candidate has to give the program preference in the NMIMS Registration form. The final program preference will be taken after the shortlisting for further admission process. The candidate must mention minimum five program Preferences in the registration form. After payment a PDF of the application form will be generated on the candidate dashboard.

NMIMS Mumbai eligibility to apply for 2 years full time MBA Human Resource programme admission has following key points in its eligibility criteria  

  • Applicant must be a graduate with 50% marks
  • The candidate should be registered for NMAT by GMAC and must score well to become eligible for admission.

The admission process of the NMIMS MBA Program in Mumbai campus has following steps:

Stage 1: Take NMAT by GMAC Test: Admission to NMIMS MBA programs requires candidates to appear for the NMAT by GMAC™ test, which forms the first stage of selection. 

Stage 2: Shortlisting based on NMAT sectional and total score: Shortlisting based on NMAT sectional and total score will be done only for candidates applying to any of the NMIMS programs. Shortlisted candidates are invited for Stage 2, comprising a competency test and personal interview, with weightage also given to academic record and work experience. 

Stage 3: Final Merit List: The final merit list is prepared on the basis of NMAT scores, interview, competency test, academics, and work experience, strictly on merit. Selected candidates must upload scanned copies of academic, work experience, and medical documents, with original verification required before program commencement. All admission-related updates, including call letters, will be available on the NMIMS dashboard.

Curriculum

IIFT offers a dynamic curriculum. It aims to familiarize the students with fundamental concepts of management, international business and trade. The course structure is in sync with international trade and business demand, industry requirements and expectations. It incorporates all the vital subject areas and disciplines relevant to global business, emphasizing on analytical and quantitative approach. The course is a combination of core subjects and a wide range of electives that cater to the changing dynamics of international business.

The curriculum of the MBA (International Business) gets validated both internally and externally in the purview of the changing global environment in International Business and the requirements of Management Education to meet these new challenges, on a continuous basis. The curriculum places emphasis on developing a global perspective on various issues and developing these skills for taking an integrated view on managerial problems and being able to adapt to changing situations. 

Summer Internship, Port Visit and Social Awareness Programme involve field work. All these field work components are mandatory. In the second year, students undertake a Research Project of 3 credits based on their sectoral specialization. Key specialization areas are General Management and Strategy, Quantitative Techniques & Operations Management; Information Technology, Finance, Marketing, International Trade Operations & Logistics, Human Resources, Economics of Strategy. Each specialization area has four to twelve electives. Students are required to opt for 18 Electives. IIFT Need Based Scholarship: Under this Scheme IIFT pays interest subsidy on Educational Loan for 27 months to the MBA (IB) students with family income less than Rs.6 lakhs, from the time the loan in taken from a Bank.

New Scholarship Scheme (NSS): It will cover 10% students with scholarship amounting to 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT. The criteria would be “means-cum-merit” basis with 70% weightage to means, and 30% weightage to merit.

Scholarships to IPM students: The scholarship will be offered after completion of BBA and MBA.

Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. As of now, central scholarships are available for Full-Time students of IIFT through NSP portal like Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education to the SC students; ST students; to students with benchmark disabilities; to OBC students; Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship to the students belonging to minority communities and other scholarships.

Exim Bank Scholarship: Exim Bank offers a scholarship for reserved category (SC/ST) students equivalent to the tuition fees paid in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, subject to a ceiling of Rs.3.5Lakh.

OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.

Curriculum

The first three years of 5 years IPM programme focus on various management courses in undergraduate programme including Business Economics, Statistics, Ethics, Management theory and practice, Political science, Psychology, Public Policy, Governance among others. Industry visits, case study, interactive sessions, corporate internships are the key pedagogical tools of teaching. The last two years courses are same as that of IIM Indore flagship 2 years PGP programme. IIM Indore offers nine specialization areas to choose from, namely Economics, Finance & Accounting, Information systems, Marketing, Organization behavior & Human Resources, Operation management & Quantitative Techniques, Strategy, Communications, Humanities & Social Sciences 

IIM Indore students participate in a wide range of extra and co-curricular activities which include IRIS (The Annual Management & Cultural Festival) and Utsaha (Rural Marketing Fair). IIM Indore has exchange tie-ups with several prestigious international business schools. IIM Indore conducts Himalaya outbound programme for the final year students to enable them to perform in an unfamiliar ambience and work as a team. Rural immersion programme is conducted to enable the participants to understand the social context in which organizations work and exist. 
Students visit a company once a week in the fourth year of the Programme. They are required to carry out a study on various industries and key players in the industry. Curriculum

IIM PGP-FABM programme curriculum has a solid managerial foundation, a focus on food and agribusiness marketplace, and is designed to build and enhance a global perspective among participants. The course comprises three components: the core management courses, compulsory food and agribusiness related courses and electives courses. The core programme consists of 34 core management courses encompassing 23.3 credits in the first year and is common with the PGP to enhance learning due to multiple perspectives and competitiveness. The first year is spread over three terms, each of which is often to twelve weeks’ duration. The compulsory package in the programme is designed to: 

  •  Provide basic conceptual and analytical knowledge and inculcate attitudes and skills necessary for managerial effectiveness in different functional areas of agri-business management.
  • Develop an integrated view of organizational and managerial functioning and an understanding of the interdependencies of subsystems; and
  • Create awareness and understanding of environmental forces impinging on managerial behavior.

Following the first year programme, students undergo Rural Immersion in two phases for a period of about four weeks and summer internship for a period of eight weeks with the institute’s corporate partners, which provide students field and organizational experience. 

The second year of the programme consists of compulsory as well as elective courses and is designed to impart specialized multi-functional knowledge and skills required by food and agri-business sector managers for excellence in planning, decision-making, organization and implementation in different sub-sectors and activities in the sector including agriculture, food, and agribusiness, rural and allied sectors. IIM Ahmedabad has instituted a number of scholarships to the PGP-FABM students which include Need-Based Scholarship Scheme; scholarships offered by Government of India, by Industry and Corporate Sector, by IIM-A Alumni, Scholarships for Entrepreneurship, Scholarships for reserved category and minority students among others.

IIMA has a Special Need-based scholarship. It is the endeavour of the Institute that no student be denied opportunity to pursue the two year PGP-FABM for want of adequate financial resources. All students admitted to the PGP-FABM whose gross annual family income is below Rs.15,00,000 during the previous financial year are eligible to apply for this scholarship.

IIMA offers Scholarships for students who graduate from IIMA and going for entrepreneurship to encourage the graduating students to become entrepreneurs. The Institute has decided to initiate a scheme of providing a monthly stipend of Rs.30,000/- for at most three consecutive years to two students from every batch.

IIMA also offers Scholarships for students who graduate from IIMA and join “Not-for-Proft” organization In order to encourage students to opt for jobs in NGOs. From every batch two students will be given financial assistance for three consecutive years at the most to facilitate paying out a part of their bank loans they availed for studying in IIMA.

IIM Ahmedabad offers Assistance ships for students who graduate from IIMA and pursue doctoral studies to encourage them to go for doctoral studies in India or abroad.  Two students will be given this scholarship for at most three consecutive years
