- Documents to be submitted as part of the application process are SSC, HSC and Bachelor’s degree transcripts, Bachelor’s degree certificate, GMAT/GRE scorecard, Statement of purpose (indicating your achievements and future goals), Work experience letters / first and last payslips (indicating the date of joining), SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS certificate, if applicable, Relevant disability certificate for persons with disability (PwD), Submission of TWO (online) reference letters is mandatory. Also Provide details (email id and contact details) of two persons as your referees in the on-line application.
Eligibility criteria for IIM Bangalore Executive MBA (EPGP) are:
- A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA). Applicants from SC, ST and PwD categories should have a minimum of 45% or equivalent CGPA.
- Minimum 5 years (and preferably less than 12 years) of work experience after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree
- A valid GMAT or GRE score - the GMAT or GRE Score should be valid as on the date of application submission in each round.
IIM Bangalore EPGP final selection process is as below:
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- After the interviews, each applicant is assigned a composite score.
- The score is a composite of multiple factors including academic track record, GMAT/GRE scores, quality of work experience, performance in a writing ability test and the interview.
- The number of offers, which depend on the availability of seats, are made based on this composite score. The number of offers will be further subject to the candidate meeting a minimum cutoff in terms of the composite score and / or any other factor score that the admissions committee may deem fit.
- The selection process for the EPGP 2025-26 batch will be conducted in three rounds. Candidates can submit their application during any of these three rounds.
- Online interviews will be arranged for applicants who are outside India during the above interview dates.
