In 2022, the PGDM Exp program went through an extensive Architecture change and Curriculum review process wherein the program team consulted corporate partners, recruiters, alumni and subject experts to ensure that the program caters to and exceeds industry expectations. The program offers 106 credits which are earned through core management courses, workshops and you even have the choice to opt for a specialization by cutting edge electives.

The International Immersion with one of the IMT FT ranked partners is designed to develop global perspectives on business and management. As such the IMT Ghaziabad PGDM ExP is designed to suit and enable experienced professionals to have a smooth transition to classroom and live projects. The program architecture is based on the pillars and themes of Innovation, Ethics, and Sustainability with an Entrepreneurial mindset, Strategic thinking, and Transformational leadership. 

The content of the program is highly practice-oriented and draws upon case examples and problem statements faced by the industry. The curriculum is designed via a process that involved close collaboration between expert academics, Senior industry leaders, and IMT Senior Alumni, which helps make the curriculum contemporary and helps develop cross-functional knowledge and skills which are specific to the needs of the industry.

IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is spread over two years and is divided in six trimesters. The first three trimesters are devoted to developing understanding of basic concepts across different functional areas to provide an integrated learning experience to the students. This covers Core Compulsory courses across different functional areas of management including Marketing, Finance and Accounting, OB and HR, Operations Management & Quantitative Techniques, Information Management, Economics, Strategy & General Management.

The first year also consists of Core Elective courses which a student can choose based on his/her choice of specialization. A minimum of two Core Elective courses have to be chosen by the student in the domains he wishes to specialize. The following courses are offered in the first year. 

Though this program is a general management program student can choose elective courses in their stream of specialization in the second year from the areas of Marketing, Finance, Operations, Strategy, Information Systems, Analytics (minor specialization). 

On completion of the first year, all students are required to undergo a Summer Internship Program of 8 to 10 weeks duration. 

IMI PGDM HRM program is of two years duration and follows a trimester system. Apart from the six trimesters, IMI PGDM HRM students undertake a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year.

IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is designed with a holistic approach to Human Resource Management. IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is distributed among several compulsory and elective courses, and the mandatory Summer Internship Program. The first year covers compulsory courses which cover basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations. Besides these, IMI PGDM HRM curriculum also includes courses like Economics, Quantitative methods and Information Technology. The focus of IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is not only on developing a manager with strong Human Resource Management skills but also to provide a balanced professional based on industry requirements.

A compulsory NGO internship during the second year is also part of the IMI New Delhi HRM program structure. This is a four-week internship which enables students to become aware of the social and economic challenges faced by the deprived sections of the society. On completion of the first year, all students of IMI Delhi HRM program are required to undertake Summer Internship Program of 8 to 10 weeks duration.

IMI Delhi PGDM Banking & Financial Services curriculum is spread over six trimesters and the programme structure comprises both compulsory as well as elective courses. Compulsory courses include basics in various functional areas including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources and Operations and also courses covering Banking & Financial Services. Electives focused purely on Banking & Financial Services are offered in the second year. Besides, it also includes courses like Economics, Statistics and Information Technology. The elective courses provide more focused specialization within the Banking & Financial Services domain. 

IMI PGDM BFS pedagogy is a combination of lectures, case discussions, presentations, assignments and project work. The primary emphasis is on interactive and participative methods of learning. Faculty members for all the programs are primarily in-house from the Institute but may also include adjunct or visiting faculty members. 

IIM Calcutta MBA Ex curriculum is divided into six terms. Students are required to take 25 compulsory courses spread over six terms. The students are required to take 15 electives course spread over three terms (Terms IV, V and VI). They choose form a wide range of elective courses offered.

IIM Calcutta pedagogy involves learning beyond the classroom. While case discussions enrich the practical experience of unraveling real life business puzzles, informal discussions on varied topics from thoughtfully chosen adjunct readings broaden individual perspectives. Individuals also make time to participate in business case competitions, branding exercises and self-interest career advancement clubs. An integrated course package for this programme has been developed and updated annually.

MBA Ex international immersion programme helps future business leaders hone their skills while tackling real world challenges. The 17th batch of MBAEx (AY 2023-24) visited SDA Bocconi Business School, Italy and ESADE Business School, Spain for their immersion module in 2024. The students were at the business schools for two weeks; they had individual and group project, the topics and scope of which were developed by the faculty member(s) from the business schools.

IIMC offers a high number of elective courses giving students a huge variety of courses to choose from depending on their interests and career plans. The Executive MBA (EPGP) provides students with a solid foundation in key management concepts and disciplines. The academic year is divided into five terms. Two terms are devoted to core courses, one term for the International Immersion module, and two terms primarily for electives. Themes drawn from the realm of the social sciences have been integrated into the programme in a structured manner leading to a nuanced, multi-layered understanding of management issues.

The core courses are compulsory for all EPGP students and concentrate on the range of knowledge and skills required of all successful senior managers. On completion of the core courses, students have the choice of a broad range of electives to align with their career objectives and personal interests. In addition to electives designed specifically for the EPGP, students also have access to designated electives from other Institute programmes, including the two-year Post Graduate Programme, the PGPEM (Post Graduate Programme in Enterprise Management) and the PGPPM (Post Graduate Programme in Public Policy and Management), each offering specialized topics of study.

Students also work on a live project, the Comprehensive Project, that helps them to apply learning from the programme to a real management problem or an impending business opportunity.
The Comprehensive Project, carried out under the direction of a faculty member, examines a contemporary live issue/topic pertaining to either a specific company or an industry. The objective of the project is to integrate classroom learning with practical experience, concepts and methodologies to real-world management issues. The comprehensive project carries three credits and it can be done jointly by a team of two or three students during the third term.
