- Apply Online: This is the first step.
- Achievers Round: If shortlisted for Achiever Round, appear in interview and get spot admission offer
- Regular Round: If not shortlisted for Achievers Round, you can get shortlisted in Regular Round based on CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores. Merit list is released for regular round.

GIM Goa Achiever’s Round
The Achiever's Round of GIM Goa is a profile-based shortlisting process that evaluates candidates based on program-specific or other achievements in areas such as academics, sports, co-curricular activities, and professional experience. This round applies to all programs based on the candidate's first preference.
Candidates are shortlisted for the Achiever's Round without considering CAT/ XAT/ GMAT scores initially, which is factored in at the later stage. Select candidates from the Achievers Round receive a spot admission offer, even before their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores are available.
Program-Specific Achievements that qualify for Achievers round include graduates from select institutes; MBBS, Biotechnology, BPharm., BDS from select institutes; CA,CS, CMA, CFA (US), ACCA, CIMA, CPA (US), FRM (GARP) holders and B. Com. Or B.A. Economics (Hons) from select institutes; and engineering graduates with at least 24 months of full-time work experience in specific companies. These candidates are invited to the Achiever's Round based on their first preferred programme.
Outstanding performance in academics, sports, co-curricular, or at the workplace such as national cricket/hockey/football player, top ranked in university degree course, School toppers in 12th standard, and star performer in last appraisal at work are also given preference.
GIM Goa Achiever Round interviews are conducted in Delhi, Goa and Kolkata.

Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. MDI Murshidabad PGDM 2027 intake is 180 seats for Batch 2027-29. It is the institute's flagship programme, approved by AICTE, accredited by NBA and recognised by AIU as equivalent to a two-year, full-time MBA. Admission is through CAT 2026, XAT 2027 or a valid GMAT score, followed by GD and PI. MDI Murshidabad launched its PGDM in 2014. Phase 3: Complete Your Application
Provide your academic qualifications, extracurricular achievements, and work experience (if applicable). You will also be required to enter your CAT/XAT /CMAT/MAT/GMAT score, correspondence address, and preferred interview venue before submitting the application.

Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD)
The Doctoral Programme (PhD) of the Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is a full-time doctoral programme to be completed in five years. The programme offers opportunities for advanced studies and research in different specializations related to Management Science. The Programme aims to prepare students for careers in teaching and research in management studies and in related disciplines, and for careers in the government, in industry, and in other organizations that require advanced analytical and research capabilities.
The admission process for IIMK PhD programme is detailed as below:
- Based on the information provided by the applicants in their application, the candidates will be shortlisted (on the recommendation of the respective areas) for interview
- Candidates will need to appear in Personal Interview
- Candidates will be admitted to the programme based on a combination of multiple parameters, as also specified by the respective areas.
- Admission Parameters may include applicant's performance in GMAT, GRE, CAT, GATE, JRF (NET), IIMB Test score, past academic performance, work experience, interview performance etc.
- Registration for the Doctoral Programme will be notified separately on the website.
IIM Kozhikode Doctoral Programme in Management offers specializations in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Information Systems, Marketing, Operations Management, Organizational Behaviour, Strategic Management, among others. A candidate can opt for upto 2 specializations.
The programme provides rigorous, world-class, inter-disciplinary training in all areas of business management to equip students with the ability to conduct cutting-edge research of international standard. Two-thirds of IIM Kozhikode fellows have been placed as faculty members in prestigious National Institutes (like IIM, IIT, NITIE) and in esteemed universities in Europe, North America or Middle East. Other DPM students have received offers from reputed corporate organizations.
Candidates must complete their application through the specified online portal/link of IIMK. Candidates may apply to two academic areas of specialization as part of their application. Such candidates must identify their primary and secondary areas of specialization as part of the application form. The application fee (non-refundable) is Rs.1,000 for applying to a single academic area and Rs.1,500 for applying to two academic areas, which has to be remitted online through the link provided with the application form. For candidates who opt for the IIMB Test, an additional amount of Rs.1,000 on top of the above mentioned application fee will need to be remitted online as the IIMB Test fees.
The eligibility criteria to apply for IIMK Doctoral Programme in Management (PhD) are as follows:
- Post-graduate degree or equivalent in any discipline (including M.A., M.Com., M.E., M.Phil., M.Sc., M.Tech., MBA, MCA, etc.) with at least 55% aggregate (or equivalent)
- Professional qualification such as CA/ICWA/CS along with a Bachelor’s degree with at least 50% aggregate (or equivalent) in the Bachelor’s degree.
4-year / 8-semester Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 75% aggregate (or equivalent)
- Candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD/NC-OBC/EWS categories will be given a relaxation of 5% (or equivalent) in the minimum eligibility marks mentioned above.
- Those appearing for the final exams can also apply
- Except for those opting for IIMB Test, a candidate applying for Doctoral Programme of IIMK should have a valid test score not older than three years as on the closing date of submission in CAT, GMAT,GRE, GATE, UGC-JRF-NET or any other acceptable exam
