MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. The number of scholarships to be awarded for PGP-1 will be up to 11 to 13. For CCC, the scholarsdhip will be awarded up to 2 students. Step-1: Register to Get User ID: Click on Apply Now at MICA website. On the page that opens, you should fill in your name, mobile number, valid email ID and after clicking on ‘I Agree’ box, and entering captcha, you need to click on submit button.
Step-2: Check & Verify Details: Verify the filled in information and click on OK button. Your User ID and password are now sent to your mobile and on your email ID. The page also displays your application number which you should note for future reference
Step-3: Go to Application and Upload Photo & Signature: Your MICA registration is now complete. Click on Go to Application and read instructions how to fill MICA application form and proceed further. MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Core Courses
The PGDM course curriculum is spread across six terms with the bulk covered in the first three terms. Summer Internship
At the end of the first three terms, students are required to undertake an industry internship or summer training to work on a project / life problem an organization. The internship usually spans over a period of eight weeks. This is a compulsory component of the curriculum for the completion of the academic requirements. It is designed to provide exposure to organizational work setting, develop an understanding of business realities, learn how to apply theory in real life business situations and find its relevance.
Dissertation
The dissertation will be allocated 1.5 credits in Term-IV under the Internship/Fieldwork category. Students will be required to submit their completed dissertation reports by the conclusion of Term-V.
This research-intensive project allows students to engage deeply with their chosen topic, bridging academic learning with practical, real-world application. It fosters essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing, and preparing students for future professional endeavours.
Specializations
In the second year, the student opts for elective/ optional courses to specialize in a maximum of two functional areas.
These areas of specialization may deal with any of the following:

All elective Courses, however, may not be offered, as this would be determined by the number of students showing interest in aforementioned area of specializations. The Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (E-Business) offered by LBSIM is a unique two years full time residential management programme. The PGDM E-Business is designed to provide students a thorough understanding of sucessfully managing businesses in an online environment, and its applications to improve business processes and decision-making. The programme equips students to take on significant responsibilities available in the dynamic platform economy and contribute to society at large. After completing the programme, participants will be able to comprehend business issues holistically by relating the theories and concepts to the work environment specific to E-Business domain such as Digital Marketing (DM), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), E-commerce Platform businesses, online customer relationship management (CRM / eCRM), E-Mail Marketing, Cybersecurity, Digital Analytics and Applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in E--Businesses among others.
LBSIM Delhi PGDM E-Business Admission Step by Step Process is given below:
Step-1: Application submission for Eligible Entrance Exams. LBSIM will accept CAT, XAT and GMAT (last four years) score for admission to all its PGDM programmes. You first need to apply and appear in at least one of the above entrance exams and score well to clear the prescribed LBSIM Delhi cut offs
Step-2: Apply Online or Offline separately for LBSIM Admission with requisite application fees of Rs.2000/-
Step-3: Check LBSIM Delhi Shortlist. Candidates are short-listed based on valid CAT/XAT/GMAT scores, prior academic performance, work experience, and other information disclosed in the Application form
Step-4: Participate in Final Selection GD-PI-WAT. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Extempore/Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview which is held in different cities.
Step-5: Merit List Generation. Result of the selected candidates shall be displayed on the Institute’s Notice Board and uploaded on the Institute’s website
Step-6: Final Admission Offer Acceptance. Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection by LBSIM Delhi. The result will also be uploaded on LBSIM’s website. Selected candidate should accept the admission offer and pay the requisite admission fees by the last date.
The Two-Year Full-Time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (E-Business) programme consists of six trimesters. The course framework of the programme has been designed to ensure that PGDM (E-Business) management graduates at LBSIM gain a balanced mix of strategic thinking, tactical implementation, specialised knowledge, and general management abilities. The focus in the first year is largely on fundamental courses, that provide a foundation of conceptual and analytical abilities necessary for pursuing a specialised course in E-Business. These fundamental courses enable students to have a holistic understanding of business environment and help students improve creative thinking, effective communication skills, and teamwork. During the first year, students study a total of 21 (twenty-one) courses in the areas of Economics, Human Resources, Quantitative Techniques, Accounting and Finance and Information Technology.
PGDM Student connect programme is offered before the commencement of regular classes to help incoming candidates cope with the rigours of PGDM Programme by offering courses that bridge the knowledge gap between the undergraduate degree (in different domains) & PGDM Curriculum.
In the second year, students are required to opt for 6 (six) elective subjects in addition to 11 (eleven) core subjects. This enables them to pursue an in- depth learning in the specialised area of E-Business. Participants are also required to complete online certifications which carry credits.
Each student is required to undertake summer internship in a company of repute for the duration of 8-10 weeks as part of the course curriculum after the third trimester examination. In its PGDM E-Commerce Programme, LBSIM offers choice of specializations from the areas of Project Management, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and CSR, Leadership among others.

Offline Application Process
The Information Brochure containing the Application Form is available with the Admission Coordinator, Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management, Delhi on all working days between 9.30 am and 5.30 pm at LBSIM Dwarka Campus, on payment of Application Fees of Rs.2,000/- in cash or by Demand Draft.
The demand draft should be drawn in favour of 'Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management' Delhi, payable at New Delhi.
Completed application forms with requisite fee should reach LBSIM Delhi on or before the last date.
Online Application Process
Candidates can apply Online also. For online application submission, candidates need to pay Rs. 2,000/- either through Credit/Debit card/ Net Banking Or UPI.
LBSIM PGDM E Business Admission Eligibility Criteria have following key requirements:
- Graduates in any discipline with minimum 3 years bachelor’s degree with 50% marks
- Candidates appearing for the final year of the bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination can also apply.
- Candidates must declare and maintain a valid and unique email account and a phone number throughout the selection process.
Candidates are required to take the Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by IIMs or XAT conducted by XLRI, or should have a valid GMAT score (taken during last four years). - Foreign students, PIO and NRI sponsored candidates are also eligible and are required to take the Graduate Management Aptitude Test (GMAT) at a test centre outside India.
- Indian residents who have appeared for GMAT will be required to furnish their GMAT scores while applying and should provide an attested copy of the GMAT score sheet to the Admission Office for verification at the time of personal interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Extempore/Written Analysis Test and Personal Interview which is held in different cities. After the GDPIWAT, Merit list of the selected candidates will be based on various parameters and shall be displayed on the Institute’s Notice Board and uploaded on the Institute’s website. Successful candidates will be intimated of their final selection by LBSIM Delhi. The result will also be uploaded on LBSIM’s website. Selected candidate should accept the admission offer and pay the requisite admission fees by the last date.
LBSIM Delhi offers various scholarships to the students in its PGDM programmes. Following Merit-cum-Means Scholarships shall be awarded by the Institute to meritorious students from Economically Weaker Sections:
- Merit-cum-Means Scholarships of Rs. 1,00,000/- each for first-year and second-year students enrolled in PGDM programmes
- The Director appoints a committee comprising of faculty members, admin staff member/s, and others to choose the students who will receive these scholarships.
