Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. Scholarship
All FPM students at MICA (except sponsored students) admitted to the Programme will be given a fellowship and contingency allowance. The fellowship includes a fee waiver and a monthly stipend. The stipend for the first 2 years is Rs.38,000 per month and for 3rd and 4th year the amount of stipend is Rs.41,000. In addition to the above, a contingency grant of Rs. 25,000 in the first year, Rs. 30,000 in each of the second and third years, and Rs. 15,000 in the fourth year will be available to the students for academic expenses like case material, books, travel, data collection expenses, thesis expenses etc. Students will be permitted to carry over surpluses to the following years. Core Courses
The PGDM course curriculum is spread across six terms with the bulk covered in the first three terms. These core courses will enhance the ability to communicate, analyse situations and make decisions by adopting quantitative and qualitative techniques. Summer Internship
At the end of the first three terms, students are required to undertake an industry internship or summer training to work on a project / life problem an organization. The internship usually spans over a period of eight weeks. This is a compulsory component of the curriculum for the completion of the academic requirements. It is designed to provide exposure to organizational work setting, develop an understanding of business realities, learn how to apply theory in real life business situations and find its relevance.
Dissertation
The dissertation will be allocated 1.5 credits in Term-IV under the Internship/Fieldwork category. Students will be required to submit their completed dissertation reports by the conclusion of Term-V.
This research-intensive project allows students to engage deeply with their chosen topic, bridging academic learning with practical, real-world application. It fosters essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and academic writing, and preparing students for future professional endeavours.
Specializations
In the second year, the student opts for elective/ optional courses to specialize in a maximum of two functional areas.
These areas of specialization may deal with any of the following:

All elective Courses, however, may not be offered, as this would be determined by the number of students showing interest in aforementioned area of specializations. The first year courses are compulsory and provide basic conceptual knowledge and analytical tools in different functional areas of management. All students undergo eight to ten weeks of summer internship after first year of the program. Summer internship helps students to apply their first year learning by doing organizationally sponsored projects. Student performance in their summer internships often result in final placement offers.
Second-year MBA HR comprises core courses in HR spread out over the fourth, fifth, and sixth terms of the program. Students can also choose elective courses from among areas of specialization like Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Information Systems & Analytics, Production & Quantitative Methods, Business Strategy, Economics, and Communication. Additionally, students will also be required to go through a compulsory HR related field project in the second year under the guidance of Institute faculty.
Register and apply for CAT exam by paying the requisite application fee for the exam. On the page 4 of CAT application form, you need to select IIM Amritsar MBA Human Resources (MBA HR) and other programs and select the interview city. Your application for IIM Amritsar admission is submitted. At this stage, you do not need to apply and pay separately for IIM Amritsar Admission. - IIM Amritsar 2 years full time MBA Human Resources Management programme Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.

Fellow Programme in Management
IIM Raipur does not charge any tuition fee, hostel fee, library fee, computer fee from FPM students pursuing the programme. Instead, IIM Raipur full time Research Scholars are provided financial assistance to all academic and other expenses.
Scholarship to the tune of Rs.35,000 is offered to FPM students in the 1st and 2nd year and Rs.40,000 in 3rd and 4th year of programme.
Besides, to attend international and National Conferences, an amount of up to Rs 1,50,000 during FPM program is provided. While a financial assistance of Rs.50,000 is given to purchase laptop/PC, the research scholars are offered a contingency grant of Rs.40,000 per year during the programme.

The fellow programme at IIM Raipur has been categorized into the following three phases: Phase I (Fundamentals of Management), Phase II (Specialization) and Phase III (Doctoral Dissertation). Research scholars will spend generally a little over four years that includes two years of rigorous course work.
The Course work in the first year provides a general management overview and develops basic skills for analysing managerial problems. In the second year, research scholars will take advanced doctoral level courses in the area of specialization; followed by the doctoral dissertation, for the next couple of years. During summer Internship, at the end of the first year of course work, all research scholars complete a research project either with a faculty member at the Institute or in any other organization. While the course work formally gets over with the completion of Phase II, doctoral research scholars are encouraged to continue taking advanced courses of interest even during this last stage of study.

Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)
The Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (ePGP) at IIM Raipur is offered to junior, middle, and senior-level professionals and entrepreneurs seeking to develop and demonstrate capabilities that are relevant to the present-day demands of the business.
