Semester I Overview
The Semester I curriculum focuses on building a strong foundation through Core Courses like Marketing Management, Organizational Behavior, Operations Management, Management Accounting, Business Statistics, Managerial Economics, and Business Research Methods.
Additionally, students choose Specialization Core Courses tailored to their fields:

Finance: Courses include Corporate Finance, Indian Financial Systems, Business Modeling using Excel, and ERP Systems (SAP).

Operations & SCM: Topics cover Material Management, Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, and ERP Systems (SAP).

Data Science & Business Analytics: Core subjects include Python Essentials, Math for Data Science, Big Data Ecosystems, and Data Mining using SQL.

Digital Marketing & Business Analytics: Focuses on Python, Data Science fundamentals, Big Data Ecosystems, and Data Mining.

Telecom & Business Analytics: Similar analytical foundations with applications in the telecom sector.

Product Management & Business Analytics: Shares core analytics courses like Python and Data Mining with a focus on product management insights.

Semester II Overview
The Semester II curriculum builds on foundational knowledge with advanced skills and industry-specific expertise. Students explore Generic Core Courses such as Data Visualization using Tableau and BI, enhancing their ability to interpret and present complex data effectively.
Specialization Core Courses cater to diverse career paths:

Finance: Key topics include Financial Econometrics, Strategic Corporate Finance, Financial Technology, Corporate Valuation, and Marketing of Financial Services (BFSI).

Operations & SCM: Focus areas include Advanced Operations Research, Total Quality Management, Project Management, Warehouse Management, and Operations & Supply Chain Analytics.

TSM Madurai MBA is a 2-year full time management Programme. TSM MBA prepares young men and women to take over the managerial reins of organizations by putting the knowledge they gained into practical use. The MBA Program at TSM is divided into 6 trimesters that are spread over 2 years, with a mandatory summer internship at the end of the first year. TSM Madurai 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Management is divided into 6 trimesters, with a three months summer internship at the end of the first year. TSM Madurai constantly reviews the design, content and delivery of various courses for their continued relevance and need for updating in the context of changing business environment and management practices. There is a growing emphasis on project work and case studies as part of the regular courses at the Institute.

TSM PGDM Curriculum by Trimester

JBS Noida 4 years full time BBA curriculum is imaginative and flexible and is comprised of creative combinations of disciplines of study. The 4 year BBA programme provides Exit option to the students (with the award of degree) after the completion of three years. 

Successful graduates of this course can opt for a range of jobs from sectors like Finance, Marketing, Sales Management, HR, Data Analytics, Healthcare and Education Management. 

For the students who intend to earn honours degree, the 4th year (Sem 7 and Sem 8) will provide two options to the students:
Option 1-Honors with Research: This will have dissertation as an integral part in Semester 8 along with discipline specific electives
Option 2-Honours: This will have Industry project as an integral part in Semester 8, along with discipline specific electives.

JBS Noida BBA Curriculum Highlights
JBS Noida BBA curriculum has been revised based on the NEP recommendation and 4-year BBA with research has been introduced from 2023 Batch onwards. It gives flexibility to students to take a break from studies and rejoin the program, or exit at the completion of 1, 2,3 or 4 years. Salient features and curriculum highlights of JBS Noida BBA program are:

• Students in the third year are provided specialization options among Marketing, Finance, Business Analytics and HRM.
• Mandatory corporate internship at the end of second year of BBA for a duration of 6 to 8 weeks with 3 credits provides exposure to the corporate culture. Each student submits individual corporate internship report and make presentation before panel of faculty members for its evaluation.
