MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. The number of scholarships to be awarded for PGP-1 will be up to 11 to 13. For CCC, the scholarsdhip will be awarded up to 2 students. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. MBA Digital Business Management (MBA DBM)
IIM Bodh Gaya has developed a two-year full-time residential state-of-the-art MBA program on Digital Business Management. This program aims to build business graduates who will be experts in domain-specific tracks such as analytics, fintech, digital marketing and management consulting in digital business. The innovative course curriculum has been co-designed with some top IT and analytics firms. The students will be trained by IIMBG faculty and industry experts on courses such as digital strategy, digital business models, and state-of-the-art analytical tools and techniques related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, Fintech Technologies, Digital Marketing, and HR Analytics to name a few. In the digital transformation era, where traditional business processes are being digitally transformed, the industry-ready business professionals from the digital MBA course will have a higher competitive advantage over the general MBA programs in the coming years.
Application process for MBA Digital Business Management admission at IIM Bodh Gaya opens with the start of CAT registration process. Candidates have to apply for CAT by the last date. There is no need to apply and pay separately for IIM Bodh Gaya Admission at this stage.
Admission/Selection Process for Candidates for MBA Digital Business Management program at IIM Bodh Gaya is through CAT Exam and IIM CAP PI round. The selection of the candidates for admission to the MBA at IIM Bodh Gaya is a three-step process- Pre shortlisting, Shortlisting, and participation in IIM CAP PI round or IIM Bodh Gaya SAP round
In the first step, candidates are screened as per the IIM Bodh Gaya admission policy on performance in CAT exam and in the second step they are considered on various parameters for shortlisting for Common Admission Process (CAP) comprising Personal Interview (PI) from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme. After the PI round, IIM Bodh Gaya prepares merit list for final admission as per its final selection weightages. Detailed Admission process is as below:
The candidate must have appeared and scored the minimum required percentile in CAT. Candidates are short-listed for CAP round which is the common PI round for 10 CAP participating IIMs. Candidates Not qualifying for CAP round are given the opportunity to register for SAP (Supplementary Admission Process) which is also PI round for IIM Bodh Gaya and get shortlisted at reduced CAT score.
Candidates are shortlisted from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and have their interest and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme
In addition to the Common Admission Process, IIM Bodh Gaya will conduct an additional Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) for candidates who meet IIM Bodh Gaya PI shortlisting criteria but do not meet the CAP cut off criteria. Supplementary Admission Process (SAP) is conducted by IIM Bodh Gaya and two other CAP participating third generation IIMs for the candidates who have not been shortlisted and have not been able to participate in Common Admission Process (CAP). The shortlisting criteria for SAP have a lower CAT cut off (91%ile in 2024) than applied for CAP round (94%ile in 2024) .
After the PI round, IIM Bodh Gaya will award weightages to various parameters and admission offers are made by IIM Bodh Gaya to successful candidates.
The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in CAT, performance in CAP round, academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular achievements, work experience among others
Admission offer letter would be sent to all successful candidates. Candidates, who are offered admission, need to confirm their acceptance by completing all the required formalities by the stipulated date
IIM Bodh Gaya MBA Digital Business Management curriculum is co-designed by industry experts. The industry subject-matter experts vet the course contents to suit the current industry requirements. The graduates will be ready-to-deploy industry professionals, specially trained to lead a techno-functional managerial role across industry verticals.
The students have to go for intensive 4-month industry internship program where students will be actively participating in live project(s) implementation. The programme offers an optional 21-Days immersive learning module at a foreign institute will help the students to gain global exposure and develop cross-cultural competency to thrive in new age business.
The Specializations in the 2nd year of the program have been categorized into industry tracks such as Data Analytics & Decision Sciences, Digital Marketing & Business Development, Fintech and Strategy & Consulting for Digital Business Management.
Each participant has to complete a total of minimum 108 credits (1080 contact hours) to be eligible for getting the degree. Out the 108 credits, core courses constitute 54 credits in the year-1, specialization tracks constitute 48 credits and practice/industry immersion track constitutes 06 credits. The optional 21-Days immersive learning module at a foreign institute comprises of 3 credits.
Register and apply for CAT exam by paying the requisite application fee for the exam. On the page 4 of CAT application form, you need to select IIM Bodh Gaya MBA Digital Business Management and other programs and select the interview city. Your application for IIM Bodh Gaya admission is submitted. At this stage, you do not need to apply and pay separately for IIM Bodh Gaya Admission. After declaration of CAT exam result, you can check at IIM Bodh Gaya as well as IIM CAP website whether you are shortlisted by entering your CAT registration ID and password. You may need to register at IIM Bodh Gaya website to reconfirm your interest for IIM Bodh Gaya admission.
IIM Bodh Gaya 2 years full time MBA Digital Business Management Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
The candidate should appear in CAT exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to be considered for shortlisting.
Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for Admission
