MICA Ahmedabad Scholarships, leading to partial or full fee waiver are offered to the students. MICA Scholarships are Merit Based and Need Based which are offered to students in 1st and 2nd year of the MBA courses to support them to pursue the management program with reduced financial burden. MICA Scholarships are awarded annually based on the student's overall academic performance and family income. The scholarships are awarded to the students who are currently pursuing studies at MICA. The process of evaluating and awarding the scholarships is rigorous.
MICA offers Prof. Bikram Bindra "Equity Scholarship" and other merit and Merit cum Means scholarships. The students from PGP-1 will be eligible to apply. The Criterion for Scholarship selection is based on the Family Income not exceeding Rs. 10 lakhs per annum. Student’s academic performance should be minimum CGPA of 3.00 and class attendance record of minimum 80% in the first year for PGP-2 scholarship. Winning state/national/international level competitions will also add to eligibility.
The maximum number of scholarships to be awarded will be 25 to 27 (to PGP-1, PGP-2, and CCC), including the sponsored from Prof. Bikram Bindra for 1-2 student(s), where Prof. Bindra will provide Rs. 5 Lakhs to the student(s). The scholarship to be awarded for PGP-2 students will be up to 12. MICA will provide the scholarship up to 100% of the tuition fees per student in the programme. Admission/Selection Process for Candidates for MBA Sustainability Management at IIM Mumbai is through CAT. The selection of the candidates for admission to the MBA SM at IIM Mumbai is a two-step process. In the first step, candidates are short-listed for Personal Interview (PI) round from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme. Detailed Admission process is as below:
- The candidate must have appeared and scored the minimum required percentile in CAT. Candidates are short-listed for PI round which is conducted in many cities
- Candidates are shortlisted from among the candidates who have a valid CAT score, who have applied to the programme and who satisfy the eligibility criteria for the programme.
- After the PI round, IIM Mumbai will award weightages to various parameters and admission offers are made by IIM Mumbai to successful candidates.
The final selection is based on a diverse set of attributes which includes performance in CAT, performance in PI round, academics, diversity, work experience among others.
Admission offer letter would be sent to all successful candidates. Candidates, who are offered admission, need to confirm their acceptance by completing all the required formalities by the stipulated date.

Register and apply for CAT exam by paying the requisite application fee for the exam. On the page 4 of CAT application form, you need to select IIM Mumbai MBA-SM and other programs and select the interview city. Your application for IIM Mumbai admission is submitted. You do not need to apply and pay separately for IIM Mumbai Admission. After declaration of CAT exam result, you can check at IIM Mumbai website whether you are shortlisted by entering your CAT registration ID and password and need to register for IIM Mumbai final selection process.
- IIM Mumbai MBA-SM Eligibility criteria require that the candidate must hold a bachelor's degree of minimum 3 years duration after class 12, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
- The candidate should appear in CAT exam and must score minimum prescribed sectional and overall score to be considered for shortlisting.
- Candidates appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply for Admission.
IIM Mumbai Final Selection round consists of Personal Interview (PI). IIM Mumbai final selection will be made based on entrance exam score, academic performance, performance in the personal interview and prior work experience.
After preparing merit list based on above parameters, IIM Mumbai Final Admission Offer will be made to successful candidates. Finally selected candidates need to pay the first instalment of fees by the due date to secure their seat for IIM Mumbai MBA program
