In the first year (Term I, II & III), the student will learn concepts in all the key areas of management. In Term III, the students have to choose two flexi-core courses. Each student is required to undertake Summer Internship Program (SIP) in an organization at the end of first year. The duration of the SIP varies between eight to ten weeks. In the second year of the Programme, each student is required to opt for 12 elective courses across the Fourth, Fifth and Sixth Term based on his / her aptitude or interest. There are 22 Core Subjects, 14 electives (including flexi-core) and 1 summer internship project.
