SOIL offers experiential learning through different immersion programs like Rural Immersion, Global Immersion, Himalayan Retreat, Discover India Journey. SOIL 2 Years PGDM Admission Process:
Stage-1: The Candidates should submit an online application by paying the requisite application fee of Rs.2000 for SOIL PGDM Admission 2024 
Stage-2: Candidates should apply and appear in at least one of the MBA entrance exams the scores of which are acceptable by SOIL like CAT/XAT/MAT/CMAT among others.
Stage-3: The Shortlisting of candidates will be done on the basis of past academic performance, admission test scores (CAT/XAT/MAT/GMAT), and relevant work experience. Candidates will be intimated regarding their shortlisting through email / SMS to their registered phone number with every detail. Candidate should check  GEPI Shortilisting status at SOIL website
Stage-4: Participate in GEPI Round comprising SOIL Talent Appreciation Test, Leadership Exercise, Life Map Exercise, Personal Interview Round. Personal Interview will be conducted by a panel of Industry experts and SOIL faculty. Candidates will be finally selected on the basis of past academic scores, extra co-curricular achievements, relevant work experience, test scores, performance in the workshop and Personal Interview. Selected Candidates will be intimated regarding their selection over email with information regarding their admission and payment of admission fees. 

Curriculum

SOIL PGDM program blends Design Thinking and Liberal Arts with Management in a unique experiential curriculum that will provide a rich portfolio of exposure and skills spanning traditional as well as emerging areas of business management.
 
SOIL unique curriculum integrates management disciplines with liberal Arts and Design thinking. SOIL has made changes in the curriculum design that is developmental, personalized, and evolving; pedagogy that is student-centered, inquiry-based, authentic, and purposeful. Blended learning will is new norm, which has also been envisaged in Curriculum. SOIL has only invested a large amount of capital into an online LMS system for students and faculty to adapt to. 

SOIL curriculum includes case studies and simulation as well as experiential learning modules. The curriculum focuses not just on “knowing” or “doing”, but more on “being”. Learning outside the classroom through leadership events, clubs, competitions, rituals, celebrations, is given equal importance. The evaluation system is more a learning and developmental tool. Fill the SOIL Online Application form.
Create an account by filling in the details. You will receive a unique account ID and password. Using it re-login into your account and complete the registration process. 
Enter all the details; academic, personal, work experience related.
Enter the CAT/XAT/GMAT registration details and upload the score card (if applicable).
Upload scanned photograph. 
Select the date for “Design Thinking Workshop” round while filling the application.
SOIL PGDM application fee is INR 2000. Pay the application fee online. 
Submit the application form with application fee of Rs.2000/-
Print the application form and acknowledgment slip for future correspondence.

A candidate appearing in final year of graduation is eligible

XIME Kochi Selection process to the PGDM programme is facilitated through a rigorous process which requires highly competitive entrance exam scores, performances in GD-PI and other criteria. PSGIM Coimbatore final selection process has following components based on which successful candidates will be given admission offers:

Shortlisted candidates would be called to attend Group Discussion (GD), Personal Interview (PI) and Writing Test. Applicants will be informed about the GD/PI schedule through emails/phone.

Final selection process comprises Group Discussion, Personal Interview and any other component like Written Test, Presentation or others.
