IIM Shillong PGPEx programme is a one year program designed specifically for professionals with work experience. Candidates applying for the programme must satisfy the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree of minimum three years' duration in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Final-year students completing their degree by June 15, 2027 are also eligible.
- Indian candidates must appear for XAT 2027.
- NRI, PIO, OCI and Foreign Nationals may apply through XAT as per XLRI norms.
Candidates are shortlisted based on XAT scores and evaluated through the Personal Interview (PI). Final admission is based on a holistic assessment of academic performance, interview performance, and overall profile. XLRI does not disclose fixed weightages.
