IIM Kozhikode Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM), is a two-year full-time Masters level program designed to integrate and equip participants to pursue careers in managerial roles in marketing, human resource management, media, social enterprise, hospitality, healthcare or in other people facing roles. All candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to register online for the PGP-LSM programme of IIM Kozhikode. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode PGP-LSM programme are considered for Stage 2.
Step 2: In Stage 2, a shortlist of candidates in each reservation category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the percentile score in aptitude test (CAT/GMAT/GRE), academic performance, work experience, academic diversity score and gender diversity score. The shortlisting process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process. A shortlist of candidates in each category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS).
Step-3: All the shortlisted candidates are required to participate in personal interview. Based on the performance in PI round, academics, entrance exam and other parameters, final merit list will be generated for final selection.

The curriculum is rigorous and relevant and encourages practical application. At the core, the PGP-BL program will have an academic instruction capsule that will provide young professionals with a condensed/intense dosage of domain knowledge in all the critical and essential aspects of business.
A global immersion module combines an international business school experience as well as industry exposure in other countries. Program has a capstone module that includes a structured orientation to the key attributes of ethical and responsible business. SPJIMR Mumbai Scholarships are offered to support meritorious and financially needy PGDM participants. Each year, the Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF) Scholarship awards ₹5 lakh each to two first-year and two second-year students with family incomes below ₹8 lakh.
