Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT) offers 5-year Integrated Programme in Management (IPM). The five year IIFT Integrated MBA is a dual degree programme and leads to award of BBA+MBA. IIFT launched 5-Year Integrated MBA at its Kakinada campus in Andhra Pradesh in 2022. The Five Year Integrated Program in Management (IPM) at IIFT-Kakinada aims at imparting managerial and decision making capabilities to young professionals along with integrating management education with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM). In line with the New Education Policy 2020, with an early induction into the programme and a rigorous and holistic curriculum, the students will be able to demonstrate problem solving skills supported by appropriate analytical techniques and will use ethical and socially conscious judgment while analyzing business situations. Candidates successfully completing the course requirement of integrated programme in management would be awarded Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Analytics) at the end of 3 years and Master of Business Administration (International Business) at the end of 5 years by Indian Institute of Foreign Trade. Candidates opting for exit after completing the requirement of first three years, would be awarded Bachelor of Business Administration (Business Analytics). The first three years of the IPM program would be based on semester system and the last two years would be based on the trimester system (as per the prevailing MBA course structure). Promotion from BBA (Business Analytics) to MBA (International Business) will be based on fulfilment of all academic requirements as per rules.

IIFT offers a dynamic curriculum. It aims to familiarize the students with fundamental concepts of management, international business and trade. The course structure is in sync with international trade and business demand, industry requirements and expectations. It incorporates all the vital subject areas and disciplines relevant to global business, emphasizing on analytical and quantitative approach. The course is a combination of core subjects and a wide range of electives that cater to the changing dynamics of international business.
IIFT IPM curriculum for the first three years is based on the combination of courses on Business Analytics, Foundation (Management), Humanities and Professional Enrichment. Professional enrichment is a combination of Ability Enhancement, Skill Enhancement and Creativity. The curriculum comprises of approximately 150 credits in total for the first three years. While the last 2 years of MBA-IB at IIFT is of 120 credits.

IIFT IPM Eligibility is as below
- Candidates should have passed 10+2/XII/HSC examination in arts/commerce/science stream or equivalent with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender) or more
- Students appearing in class 12 this year are also eligible to apply
- The candidate must have passed class 10th examination with 60% (55% for candidates from SC/ST/PwD/Transgender) or more
- A key component of IIFT IPM eligibility is that the candidates must have studied Mathematics/ Business Mathematics as a subject in class 12 (+2 level). This is a mandatory part of IIFT IPM Eligibility criterion
- A candidate should be not more than of 20 years of age.

IIFT Need Based Scholarship: Under this Scheme IIFT pays interest subsidy on Educational Loan for 27 months to the MBA (IB) students with family income less than Rs.6 lakhs, from the time the loan in taken from a Bank.
New Scholarship Scheme (NSS): It will cover 10% students with scholarship amounting to 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT. The criteria would be “means-cum-merit” basis with 70% weightage to means, and 30% weightage to merit.
Scholarships to IPM students: The scholarship will be offered after completion of BBA and MBA.
Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. As of now, central scholarships are available for Full-Time students of IIFT through NSP portal like Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education to the SC students; ST students; to students with benchmark disabilities; to OBC students; Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship to the students belonging to minority communities and other scholarships.
Exim Bank Scholarship: Exim Bank offers a scholarship for reserved category (SC/ST) students equivalent to the tuition fees paid in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, subject to a ceiling of Rs.3.5Lakh.
OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.
Post Graduate Programme in Management (PGP)
The two-year Post-graduate Programme in Management (PGP) at IIM Indore is a full-time residential course for graduates from all disciplines who wish to choose a career in management. The PGP Programme at IIM Indore is highly ranked one. With the enactment of “The Indian Institutes of Management Act, 2017” on January 24, 2017, IIM Indore is now empowered with the legal authority to award MBA degrees. The programme is also recognized by the Association of Indian Universities and is considered now an M.B.A. Degree programme.
In the second year of PGP, electives give participants a deeper understanding of different functional areas and enable them to specialize in areas of their choice. The participants are encouraged to select courses in specific domains such as Analytics, Ecom./IT/ITES, BFS, FMCG, Insurance and Infrastructure. The emphasis is on the application of knowledge gained, in the form of projects, group exercises and case discussions. Guest lectures and workshops further enrich their learning.

The Post Graduate Programme (PGP) in Management at IIM Indore aims to groom participants into competent professional managers with a capacity to learn and adapt to national and international environment. In the first year, students are offered core courses in management. Skill Development Courses including Communication, Leadership, Spreadsheet Modeling, Entrepreneurial Orientation, Innovation and Design Thinking and Sustainability are taught in a workshop-based format
Students visit a company once a week in the first year of the Programme. They are required to carry out a study on various industries and key players in the industry. IIM Indore students participate in a wide range of extra and co-curricular activities which include IRIS (The Annual Management & Cultural Festival) and Utsaha (Rural Marketing Fair). Rural immersion programme is conducted to enable the participants to understand the social context in which organizations work and exist.
In the second year, new curriculum features a large number of domain concentrations which consist of both regular courses taught by industry faculty and workshop courses taught by industry practitioners. The Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) at IIM Indore is a two-year, full-time, residential programme. The programme commenced from the academic year 2018. The programme aims to groom participants into professional managers with a capacity to integrate human resource and business issues emerging in a dynamic environment; to apply an understanding of behavioural tenets for harnessing value in organizations and society; to apply an analytical orientation in creating sustainable and innovative value creation frameworks
The PGP-HRM Programme will Develop Critical Thinking Ability; Ability to work in groups and lead ethically; Develop Competence in Quantitative Analysis; Develop Competencies in Human Resource Management and will shape Human Relations within Organisations. The students will be empowered to draw upon psychometric instruments and applied psychological tools in shaping human relations within organisations. Participants will be introduced to techniques through which they can deploy an analytic orientation in understanding human behaviour in organisations and shaping evidence based interventions. They will build practical skills with respect to various HRM functions.

The PGP-HRM curriculum is spread over two years, each year consisting of three terms. The first year of the classes will take place along with PGP participants for most of the courses. The first year is a fundamental anchor of the programme and will provide a context of strong peer learning and appreciation of business issues. The second year will focus on specialized courses and industry projects. The second year of the programme enable the participants to interact closely with industry and business leaders while undertaking industry projects. At the end of the first year, the participant spends eight weeks on a summer project in a business organization, working in the domain of HRM and organizational leadership.
The first-year curriculum comprises core courses which introduce participants to a range of functional areas of management. They also equip participants with the necessary tools and techniques that are required for a breadth of management decisions. There are a few specialised courses in Term III for PGP-HRM participants to enable them to acquire inputs pertaining to innovative and state of the art developments in the field of HRM.
While a few skill development courses (SDCs) are common with PGP participants, a large number of SDCs are specific to PGP-HRM participants to enable them to develop skills pertaining to research, analytics and psychometric instruments.
The concept of credit is used to compute the workload of a course. As a general rule, a four-credit course requires a commitment of about 100 hours from the participant of which 25 hours are to be spent in the classroom (usually 20 sessions of 75 minutes each) and the balance to be utilized for preparation and assignments. The courses carry one, two, three or four-credits.

Executive Post Graduate Programme in Management (EPGP)
The EPGP is structured to prepare executives for transformational leadership positions. During the intense one-year programme, they will work towards developing a deeper understanding of various facets of management and hone their managerial skills. The programme is spread over five academic terms in IIM Indore campus and one International Immersion module at one of the top-ranking international university. The first three terms (mostly composed of core courses) focus on laying the foundation for the specialisation through a bundle of electives offered in the other terms. An international module provides an opportunity to develop an understanding of the global business environment and an ability to operate in a multicultural environment. The last two terms are mostly electives and other experiential learning.
The final admission to IIM Indore EPGP programme is based on the requirements of the programme. All matters pertaining to admission into the EPGP at IIM Indore is governed by the decisions taken by the Admissions Committee. Candidates will be short listed based on their profile and entrance exam score and final selection will be made based on various parameters as below:
Short-listing of candidates for the interview will be done on the basis of GMAT/GRE/CAT score and/or any other criteria as decided by the Admissions Committee for that academic year.
Shortlisted candidates shall appear for the Personal Interview (PI).
- Interviews of shortlisted candidates will be conducted in offline/online mode through the Zoom application depending on the situation.
- IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Interview (PI), which will be decided by the Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of PI parameters will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process.
- Only the candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned above will be considered for the final selection. The merit list will be generated based on Composite Score (CS) as mentioned in Table–1 and the provisional admission offers will be made.
EPGP consists of six segments, which are Orientation – Online HBS courses are offered to the students; Core Curriculum; Industry Consulting Module; International Immersion; Advanced Analytics Workshop; Elective courses; Simulation based learning. Normally the six terms are structured as mentioned above.
The pedagogy will be a judicious mix of lectures, case discussions, project work, term papers, role-play, seminar presentations, assignments, management games, and simulations.

The programme is open to all nationalities. The Candidate must qualify on following eligibility criteria:
- 50% in four-year Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, Or 50% in three-year Bachelor’s Degree with 50% in Master’s Degree Or 50% in Five-year Integrated Programme / other programmes of similar duration.
- A valid GMAT/GRE/CAT score- The GMAT and GRE score should be within 5 years from the date of the application deadline. The CAT score should be within 2 years from application deadline.
- Minimum 5 years of managerial/ entrepreneurial/ professional experience after graduation as on the application deadline date
- Only full-time paid work experience after obtaining a Bachelor’s degree is accepted
- Training/project work done as an integral part of any curricular requirement is not considered

IIM Indore PGPX is two-year, alternate weekend Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives (PGPMX). Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree awarded to participants on successful completion of the programme.
Classes are conducted at IIM Indore’s Powai, Mumbai Campus. The Curriculum and rigour are similar to regular 2-year PGP. Distinguished Faculty from IIM Indore and industry will be teaching the programme. The programme entails International Immersion Programme. Admission to IIM Indore PGPMX programme will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test and Interview to be conducted by IIM Indore on specified dates. The Aptitude Test will be held in the first half of the day on the specified date. It will be followed by Interviews. While interviews of some candidates will be held on the same day of the Aptitude Test, others will be invited for interviews on other dates announced for the interviews. Candidates are advised to keep themselves free on all the dates announced for the Aptitude Test and interview.
Admission Offers will be made to candidates based on the overall performance in the Aptitude Test and interview, within a week of the conclusion of interviews. The Admission Offer letters will be sent through email. The candidates are, therefore, advised to check their emails regularly after the interviews are completed.
Candidates who are offered admission to PGPMX will be required to accept the Admission Offer in the prescribed format, within the date specified in the Admission Offer Letter. The format will be sent with the Offer of Admission.

The PGPMX comprises of a rigorous curriculum, exposes participants to experiential learning, and provides avenues for creative collaborations with their peers, faculty, and their organizations. The PGPMX is similar in content and rigor to our regular Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) and the classes are facilitated and taught by the same faculty. Academic input is delivered through two types of courses: core courses and elective courses. Core courses (Term 1 to 3) are compulsory for all participants. They provide participants with the fundamental conceptual knowledge, analytical skills and techniques, contextual understanding, environmental awareness and overall perspective, which serve as the base for the programme. The elective courses, which are offered in the second year (Term 4 to 6), give participants a deeper understanding of different functional areas and enable them to specialize in areas of their choice.

Step 1: Submission of Application:
All interested candidates should fill out the online application form. After submission of the form, an acknowledgement with a system-generated Application Number will be sent to the email address provided. Login credentials with edit rights will also be provided to candidates in the same email. Candidates may edit their application form until the last date for submission of application form. Candidates are advised to save a copy of their application form after submission.
Incomplete application forms will not be considered. Candidates must complete all parts of the Application Form or explain in the form why a part has not been completed. This is important to be considered for admission to the program.
Step 2: Make Payment of Application Fee:
Candidates should pay the application fee of INR 5000/- online within one working day of submitting the online application form. Applications without payment of application fee will not be considered. The application fee is non-refundable.
The IIM Indore two-year, alternate weekend Post Graduate Programme in Management for Working Executives PGPMX, offered in Mumbai, is uniquely designed for working executives and entrepreneurs, who would like to take the opportunity to become transformational leaders and innovative solution creators in their respective organizations, but find it difficult to pursue a full-time programme in management. PGPMX is designed to provide flexibility to working executives to be engaged in their respective professions and at the same time to upgrade their knowledge . Successful completion of the Programme would lead to the award of Master of Business Administration degree. PGPMX Eligibility criteria have following key requirements for admission:
- The candidate must have A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- The percentage of marks obtained at the bachelor’s degree or the preceding degree should be minimum 50 or equivalent CGPA.
- Completed at least 5 years of full time managerial/professional experience after bachelor’s degree as on the last date for submission of applications.
- The programme is open to all nationalities.

Admission to IIM Indore PGPMX programme will be based on the candidate’s performance in the Aptitude Test and Interview to be conducted by IIM Indore on specified dates. The Aptitude Test will be held in the first half of the day on the specified date. It will be followed by Interviews. While interviews of some candidates will be held on the same day of the Aptitude Test, others will be invited for interviews on other dates announced for the interviews. Candidates are advised to keep themselves free on all the dates announced for the Aptitude Test and interview.
Admission Offers will be made to candidates based on the overall performance in the Aptitude Test and interview, within a week of the conclusion of interviews. The Admission Offer letters will be sent through email. The candidates are, therefore, advised to check their emails regularly after the interviews are completed.

Doctoral Programme in Management
The Doctoral Programme at IIM Indore is a unique doctoral programme in management. It is designed to provide both breadth and depth of knowledge to doctoral participants in management. The programme has two-fold objective of enabling the participants to master the relevant methodological tools of management research on one hand, and the advancement of the current body of management knowledge on the other. The DPM track offers prospects of a career within academia or in (research) positions outside the academia world. All DPM students are fully funded during the course of their study upto four years. Candidates seeking admissions to the Doctoral Programme in Management (DPM) of IIM Indore should submit their application online between the period end-November to mid-February and pay Rs.1000 towards application fee.
The candidates will be shortlisted (on the recommendation of the respective areas) on the based information provided in the application form. The selection process is as follows:
Stage 1: The candidates satisfying the academic eligibility criteria as mentioned above should submit their application online.
Stage 2: Based on the applications received, candidates satisfying Academic eligibility criteria and acceptable standard test the shortlisting will be done by the respective Areas and candidates will be called for Personal Interview (PI), to be conducted at IIM Indore during March / April
Stage 3: IIM Indore also expects a consistent and minimum performance in the different parameters of Personal Interview (PI), which will be decided by Admissions Committee. Candidates not meeting the minimum performance in any of PI parameters will not be considered for the next stage of the selection process i.e. Stage-4.
Stage 4: Final selection will be based on the requirements of the academic area to which the candidate has applied and an area-wise offer list will be prepared.
Only the candidates satisfying the requirements mentioned in earlier stages will be considered for the final selection. Category-wise and Academic Area-wise merit list will be generated based on the performance in the Personal Interviews and the provisional admission offers will be made.

IIM Indore DPM programme follows rigorous curriculum with award of course wise credits for each course. On completion of the course work, the participants take the area comprehensive examination (ACE). The area comprehensive examination tests whether the participant has obtained a satisfactory level of knowledge in his/her field of specialization and whether he/she has satisfactorily integrated the various courses taken in the area.
After passing the comprehensive examination, the participant enters the thesis stage. Each participant will be advised by a Thesis Advisory Committee (comprising 3 or 4 faculty members). The participant first develops a thesis proposal, for which he/she identifies a thesis topic. The Thesis Advisory Committee [TAC] of the participant arranges a public seminar on the thesis proposal for the IIM Indore academic community. After approval of the thesis proposal the participant works closely with the TAC on his/her thesis. On completion of the thesis research, the participant gives a public seminar, submits the thesis and defends the same.

Currently the DPM students at IIM Indore are provided the fellowship grant/stipend of Rs.40,000/- (Rupees Forty Thousand only) per month during their course work (Term-I, II III, IV and V) and Rs. 45,000/- (Rupees Forty-Five Thousand only) per month after clearing the area comprehensive examination as per norms. The maximum duration for which they can get stipend would be 57 months (4 years and 9 months).
A Research Development Grant of Rs. 37,500/- per annum for 4 years is also provided to DPM students for supporting the research efforts and is subject to the norms of the programme. The Institute subsidizes expenses for presenting papers in National Conference subject to a ceiling of Rs. 30,000/- per year with a provision that from second year onwards for attending n number of conference per year but subject to a cap for Rs.30,000/- per year. For International Conferences, the Institute subsidizes expenses subject to a ceiling of Rs. 2 lakhs with a provision of attending a maximum of two International Conferences plus International Doctoral Colloquium or International Professional Development Workshop during the entire period of the programme but not beyond five years
The DPM participant is entitled for free boarding and lodging on campus. Since the DPM is a full-time residential programme, bachelor accommodation is provided to all the participants in the Institute’s hostel on campus. The core courses will cover all aspects of business fundamentals needed to run a business, and electives will the students to focus on specific learning needs. A large part of the course is designed around experiential learning, where students get an opportunity to validate and internalize the learning by applying it in the real world.

The eligibility criteria for the Post Graduate Diploma in Management in Innovation, Entrepreneurship and Venture Development (PGDM-IEV) are detailed below:
- Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in any discipline from a university or institution recognized by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
- Applicants must have scored a minimum of 50% aggregate marks.
- Students in the final year of their bachelor's degree are also eligible to apply Applicants must have valid scores from one of the following management entrance tests- XAT, CAT, MAT, ATMA, CMAT, GMAT, or CUET
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in startups, businesses, or relevant work fields.
Admission process for XLRI PGDM IEV Program is as below:
- Candidates can apply online by visiting - pgdmiev.xlri.ac.in.
- Shortlisting will be on the basis of the candidates academic record, work experience and Statement of Purpose outlining their interest in the programme
- Shortlisted candidates will be asked to appear for an interview
- Selected candidates will be intimated by email and postal mail.
- Shortlisting and admissions will happen on a rolling basis fortnightly
- Selection is made on a rolling basis
- Candidates are encouraged to apply early as there are limited seats.
