IIM Kozhikode Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM), is a two-year full-time Masters level program designed to integrate and equip participants to pursue careers in managerial roles in marketing, human resource management, media, social enterprise, hospitality, healthcare or in other people facing roles. IIMB MBA programme offers Core and Elective courses. The Core courses are compulsory courses offered in the first year. Elective courses are offered in the third term of the first year and all terms of the second year, where students get the opportunity to choose from a basket of multidisciplinary courses.
