Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM)
IIM Kozhikode Post Graduate Programme in Liberal Studies & Management (PGP-LSM), is a two-year full-time Masters level program designed to integrate and equip participants to pursue careers in managerial roles in marketing, human resource management, media, social enterprise, hospitality, healthcare or in other people facing roles. These are the roles that require a holistic perspective and ‘Diversity of thoughts’ which PGP-LSM aims to develop.
PGP-LSM is a unique offering, with the primary objective to prepare future managers by enabling them to acquire emotional, cultural, and creative intelligence.
IIM Kozhikode adopts a three-stage selection process for the admissions to PGP-LSM- Stage-I (Online application); Stage-II (Shortlisting of the candidates); Stage-III (Personal Interview) as below:
Step 1: Registration of candidates meeting the minimum eligibility criteria
All candidates who are fulfilling the eligibility criteria are required to register online for the PGP-LSM programme of IIM Kozhikode. Only those candidates who have successfully completed the online registration process for IIM Kozhikode PGP-LSM programme are considered for Stage 2.
Step 2: In Stage 2, a shortlist of candidates in each reservation category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS). The AIS is computed based on the percentile score in aptitude test (CAT/GMAT/GRE), academic performance, work experience, academic diversity score and gender diversity score. The shortlisting process applies to all eligible candidates who have successfully completed the registration process. A shortlist of candidates in each category will be prepared based on an Aggregate Index Score (AIS).
Step-3: All the shortlisted candidates are required to participate in personal interview. Based on the performance in PI round, academics, entrance exam and other parameters, final merit list will be generated for final selection.
