IMI PGDM HRM program is of two years duration and follows a trimester system. Apart from the six trimesters, IMI PGDM HRM students undertake a compulsory Summer Internship Program (SIP) at the end of the first year.
IMI PGDM HRM curriculum is designed with a holistic approach to Human Resource Management. IMI Delhi PGDM curriculum is distributed among several compulsory and elective courses, and the mandatory Summer Internship Program. Step 8 - Make Payment: You need to make payment of IMI application fees for applying to IMI Delhi. Once the fees are submitted, your IMI Delhi Application process is complete. IMI Delhi PGDM HRM Admission eligibility criteria requirements are:
- Applicant must hold a minimum 3 years’ bachelor's degree recognized by AIU (Association of Indian Universities), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA
- A candidate appearing for the final year bachelor's degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed the degree requirements and are awaiting results are also eligible to apply.
- Apart from a recognized graduate degree, another key point in IMI Delhi eligibility criteria is that the candidate should appear in CAT/XAT or GMAT (Taken during last three years) and must score the required cut off

IIFT Need Based Scholarship: Under this Scheme IIFT pays interest subsidy on Educational Loan for 27 months to the MBA (IB) students with family income less than Rs.6 lakhs, from the time the loan in taken from a Bank.
New Scholarship Scheme (NSS): It will cover 10% students with scholarship amounting to 20% of the tuition fee in all “Full-Time/Regular” batches of the degree courses offered by IIFT. The criteria would be “means-cum-merit” basis with 70% weightage to means, and 30% weightage to merit.
Scholarships to IPM students: The scholarship will be offered after completion of BBA and MBA.
Government of India Scholarships: Government of India offers various central and state level scholarships to students. As of now, central scholarships are available for Full-Time students of IIFT through NSP portal like Central Sector Scholarship of Top Class Education to the SC students; ST students; to students with benchmark disabilities; to OBC students; Merit-cum-Means based Scholarship to the students belonging to minority communities and other scholarships.
Exim Bank Scholarship: Exim Bank offers a scholarship for reserved category (SC/ST) students equivalent to the tuition fees paid in the first year of the two-year Full-Time MBA Programme in International Business, subject to a ceiling of Rs.3.5Lakh.
OPJEMS Scholarship: This merit based scholarship by OP Jindal Group, is given to MBA(IB) first year and second year students of Delhi campus. First ten toppers from 1st year and first ten toppers from 2nd Year will be nominated by the Institute. On the basis of online test and interview conducted by OP Jindal Group, selected students will be awarded an amount of Rs.1.50 lakhs as scholarship.
Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM)
The Post Graduate Programme in Human Resource Management (PGP-HRM) at IIM Indore is a two-year, full-time, residential programme. The programme commenced from the academic year 2018. The programme aims to groom participants into professional managers with a capacity to integrate human resource and business issues emerging in a dynamic environment; to apply an understanding of behavioural tenets for harnessing value in organizations and society; to apply an analytical orientation in creating sustainable and innovative value creation frameworks
The PGP-HRM Programme will Develop Critical Thinking Ability; Ability to work in groups and lead ethically; Develop Competence in Quantitative Analysis; Develop Competencies in Human Resource Management and will shape Human Relations within Organisations. The students will be empowered to draw upon psychometric instruments and applied psychological tools in shaping human relations within organisations. Participants will be introduced to techniques through which they can deploy an analytic orientation in understanding human behaviour in organisations and shaping evidence based interventions. They will build practical skills with respect to various HRM functions.

The PGP-HRM curriculum is spread over two years, each year consisting of three terms. The first year of the classes will take place along with PGP participants for most of the courses. The first year is a fundamental anchor of the programme and will provide a context of strong peer learning and appreciation of business issues. The second year will focus on specialized courses and industry projects. The second year of the programme enable the participants to interact closely with industry and business leaders while undertaking industry projects. At the end of the first year, the participant spends eight weeks on a summer project in a business organization, working in the domain of HRM and organizational leadership.
The first-year curriculum comprises core courses which introduce participants to a range of functional areas of management. They also equip participants with the necessary tools and techniques that are required for a breadth of management decisions. There are a few specialised courses in Term III for PGP-HRM participants to enable them to acquire inputs pertaining to innovative and state of the art developments in the field of HRM.
While a few skill development courses (SDCs) are common with PGP participants, a large number of SDCs are specific to PGP-HRM participants to enable them to develop skills pertaining to research, analytics and psychometric instruments.
The concept of credit is used to compute the workload of a course. As a general rule, a four-credit course requires a commitment of about 100 hours from the participant of which 25 hours are to be spent in the classroom (usually 20 sessions of 75 minutes each) and the balance to be utilized for preparation and assignments. The courses carry one, two, three or four-credits.

IIM Lucknow offers International Programme in Management for Executives or IPMX (One-year MBA) at its NOIDA Campus.
